    I think videos like this are super important to bringing people into the community. The price tag scares some people away from even getting started.

    I've been eyeballing a Flashforge Adventerer 5M so seeing it on your list helps cement it in there. Also its the fastest of the five printers by specs listed which is definitely something I want. Was hoping you had picked one up and made some content about it so I could get your personal opinion but couldn't find any new videos on it.

    It's great to see over the years what has finally trickled down from the upper cost machines and is essentially standard equipment even on the "cheapest" of models. My Ender 3 Pro and Prusa Mk3S+ although working fantastically for years, seem almost ancient with the print speeds we're getting these days.

    I'm going to go with the A1 mini! Thx. $$$ isn't too much of an issue so I'd like a great machine, size no issue, to see if I like/enjoy using prinyers.

    It's crazy how the race to the bottom has made things like ams more affordable. I personally don't use ams/mmu, but it's getting more & more tempting. Thank REM. Great video

    I bought a Neptune 4 Pro, and it does print fast. However with fast printing comes major vibration. So bad that it kept shaking the leveling wheels off of the screws. It got to where I would have to relevel before every print and adjust the Z offset every time and was just a headache. I would save up a tiny bit more and get a Bambu A1

    • @remthompson
      @remthompson  4 месяца назад

      Have you tried putting a bit of blue loctite on the screws? That may help with dealing with the vibrations

      @@remthompsonif the printer is good, you shouldn’t have to do that. None of the printers on this list comes close to A1/A1 Mini given their asking price of $399 and $249, they just work.

    Why are there 3 printers in the thumbnail that are not part of the scope of the video?

    I love the SV06 and I use the plus, but youre calling All3dp's best budget printer underrated. Its reviewed incredibly well all over youtube, I learned about it because I found like 30 videos on it from many of the bigger maker channels on this platform and pulled the trigger. Highly recommend this product and I like your video, but its properly rated, not underrated and definitely not overrated.

    Just found your channel, and I think this video was great! I do think that the thumbnail does a little bit of a disservice to the content, though. It features three printers that would obviously not make this video - just seemed a bit clickbait-y. Keep up the good work!

    All hail the mighty SV06. I love mine, only mods are Klipper and a bed cable support, and it's way more reliable than my upgraded like crazy Ender 3 v2 was. The LCD display is a huge benefit as well because the cheap DWIN touchscreen displays on other printers in the price range are very poorly supported (as in "not at all") in Klipper.

    • @MajorShy
      @MajorShy 2 месяца назад

      How do you mod klipper on it? Is it easy to use?

    • @adafrost6276
      @adafrost6276 2 месяца назад

      @@MajorShy Yeah, it's pretty easy, you just need a single board computer of some sort (I have the BTT Pi), the firmware, and just follow a setup guide for Klipper on the SV06. Took very little time, like 10 minutes, but I already had done it before on my Ender so might take a bit longer your first time but still pretty easy. Once you got it on there, you can print directly from PrusaSlicer/OrcaSlicer without even having to get out of your chair and you can print pretty fast (I've been printing PLA at 150 mm/s max speed flawlessly and I could probably get it even faster if I tinkered with it more).

    Did u just say the neptune 4 is quiet? XD 80db is not quiet 4 me.
    Runing klipper. Yes after u add a wifi dongle u can use aa full potential.
    Ender 3 v3 se. Yeah auto z offset. Great. Now lets talk abouth qulity control. Most of this machines not have flat bed due to the spacers or bed warped. Most likely the from left is higher. Quess what is there: the load cell.
    Btw we dont talk abouth the shit z guentry what is attached to an injection molded base aand the whole z can woble.
    Glad u mentioned the y guentry. Older models have defected bearings out of the box.
