In my opinion EDM festivals are just overpriced,commercialised, with overpayed DJ's who mostly only plug in a USB stick with a prepared set...
Most people go to such festivals for the spectacle and the show not for the music.
Electronic music just to be a subculture offside the mainstream.
But you are right the same happened to rock
Most of the people should feel the spirit of a real rave like Time warp for example..
Marc sadas Yes but you know not everyone has the same taste as you. For me i like EDM but only Trance. Trance makes me happy and gives me energy to do something in life. I went to the Sensation White it was mind blowing. All those people were there just because of music. Well lights were pretty cool too. I agree with you about those mall DJ's.
