- Boost Your energy and focus naturally with this Maca Smoothie. A great Pre or Post Workout Smoothie, fast healthy Breakfast option. When you use Maca Powder in Smoothies it is such an excellent energy source, it increases your focus and also helps to balance hormones.
Ingredients in this Smoothie:
Raw Cacao Powder (1 tsp)
Ground Flaxseed Meal (1-2 tbsp),
Maca Powder (1-2 tsp),
Collagen Peptides (1 scoop),
Peanut Butter (1 tbsp),
1 banana,
1/2-3/4 cup of Coconut Milk.
Swaps:
Raw Cacao powder with Cocoa Powder
Flaxseed Meal - Oatmeal (1/4 cup)
Collagen Peptides - any protein powder of choice

I have a daily smoothie of fresh ground Flax seeds, chia seeds, raw cocao powder, ceylon cinnomon, ginger, maca, peanut butter and honey...... I suffered for years with extreme fatigue.... This sorted me and all my medication went in the bin. Great watch:)

We use very similar powders. In addition to putting flaxseeds in smoothies, I also like to add them to my scrambled eggs. I also add maca, collagen & cacao to my smoothies & coffee.
Oh nice! I never thought about adding flax seeds to eggs, that's one to try!
I do that sometimes, too! It's a good way to sneak in extra fiber

I made it, the original ingredients, without substitutes! It tastes fabulous, all scents compliment each other nicely, it has about 550 kcal and easily fills you up till lunch (I had it as breakfast; you begin to feel hungry after 3-4 hours so perfect!). Thanks, honey. 😘
