I went to school with a “Jocelyn” and I did really like her as a person. Those types of people are usually kind of mean when they are with their alpha mean friend but alone they are funny, helpful, and ultimately good natured if not insecure. They are kind of like tofu in that they really take on the flavour of whoever they are around and in my experience they grow into stronger and more reliable people the older they get and the more they see that their worth is not based on the people they are around.
I think it was super interesting how in the season 13 episode “Comet-y of horrors”, jocelyn was the one to convince tammy to apologize to tina for using her throughout the ep. i think it shows that jocelyn has much more of a capacity to be a good person and good friend to tina. I think jocelyn perfectly balances tammy out and without her, tammy would be an extremely unlikeabke character
I cannot put into words how much I love Jocelyn! Every time she opens her mouth I know it will be hilarious. Her interview about "where will the turtles live" lives rent free in my mind. Could you imagine an episode with her and Nat? I NEED it!!
The first episode I remember Jocelyn being a character in was the episode when Tina and her are doing a skit in health class (I think) and Tina threatens Jocelyn to stay away from Jimmy Jr or she’d punch her and she says it over and over, even after Jocelyn left the room. This was before Tammy transferred to Wagstaff, which made me think that maybe Jocelyn liked Jimmy Jr but because of Tina’s jealousy she stopped and stayed friends. Tina was unhinged in the first season 😂
I Like Jocelyn, yes she basically Tammy shadow but in a weird way she always have charm that dont come off as mean whenever she trying to be mean to Tina, But side note i didn't know she was voice by the same actor who voice Linda til much later, i never compare but i felt like it hard if you not listening well kind of like how the voice actor for Courtney who also play Grover
I always had a weird hobby of seeing how many voices one person plays on the show. Like the fact that Teddy, Edith and Gretchen is all played by the same person is hilarious to me lol. But yeah Linda and Jocelyn having the same voice actor just makes both of them even more funny to me
My theory: she IS her cousin Tina and raised by an improv group. Improv says "always say yes." So, she goes along with everything. She's great at performing and one-liners. Finally, she's a wild card. You never know what she's going to say or do. We need to get the authorities! 😂
I think the show should experiment showcasing Jocelyn without Tammi, just to see what comes of it. Not that she needs an entire episode about her, but it seems like an easy out to just have her echo tammi.

An airhead can ace a science test, but while taking the test will compare it to last week's math test, how funny it was when her brother tripped and fell on his face, how she can't wait to listen to that new album coming out at the end of the week, and that photo she took of those tourists on Saturday, oh yeah! The answer is photosynthesis.
AYYEEE IT'S THE UNDERRATED QUEENS!! (loved the video btw) I love that you did Jocelyn and honestly, I also get the vibe and personality of Karen Smith from Mean Girls. Like yeah, she isn't the brightest compared to Tammy, but she manages to be her own character and even sometimes manages to be more iconic than Tammy. I especially loved her moments in Tina and The Real Ghost and The Runaway Club.
