Very nice torch! Itty-bitty one. Could be very useful in the computer repair toolkit, but the price is slightly steep. It has 16340 battery and Cree XM-L2 CW LED, according to specifications.
Oi, matey, I could see those bloody light beams from ova’ here… across the pond… in ‘Murica. For real though I really enjoyed this vid and your humor is on point, brother. Cheers! 01:48 I am guilty as well 03:20 HAhahahaha
First review that states that this model still has strobe mode. thank you. unless I'm blind i don't see any documentation of strobe mode on their marketing/website
2 days before I released this, Olight released a preview video which shows the strobe ruclips.net/video/HkJ6O72PSkA/видео.html But...... I do feel that the strobe is an important feature of any torch/flashlight which is why I always show it.
Problem with the Baton 3 is how the lanyard attaches. The lanyard attaches to the top of the clip near the emitter. If you drop the light while wearing the lanyard on your wrist, you get flashed in the face and blinded. This is a unfortunate design flaw on a otherwise pretty great light.
It’s best to open up the unit and check to see if the battery cover is removed. That will prevent it from taking a charge. Your battery may be defective if it won’t take a charge.
I was going to buy one, the wasn't allowed from the uk-store (to ship to he netherlands), in het dutch store (unlike surrounding countries) its not even announced. Thanks (olight) but i cant even order :-/
Funny you should do this, Tony, I've been eyeing up the perun 2 and the 3200 lumen 21700 Pro 2 thingy mahadgie. Nice 👌 I know you don't do bullshit ha ha
I feel like you could be another youtuber I regularly watch, dont comment often on it but it does involve magnets 🤣. It might not be you but you have the same hands and the same tourch and released the video only about 20 mins separate from each other and you're both brummies cough cough Tony 🤣
Ahhh but I'm not a brummie. Some people get offended when they're called a brummie but personally, I couldn't give a shit, it's all illegible babble to me 😂
@@allemander I have been using an 18650 torch for work for about the last 4 years, it has a variable zoom lens and cost less than a fiver, (although I did have to supply the 18650). I do understand value for money.
@@I_Am_Not_Tyler_Durden But does it have variable output levels with competitive, extended runtimes? Is it made from a virtually-indestructible, hard-anodized, aircraft-grade aluminum? Will it survive repeated hard impacts or drops from a significant height and keep working flawlessly? Is it waterproof & shockproof? Did it come with a multi-year or even a lifetime warranty? Does it have a built-in charging function? Did it come with useable accessories like a belt sheath, spare battery storage container, removable diffuser lens or a lanyard? Is it backed by global customer-support including dedicated forums and social-media groups where employees and company representatives respond to customers around the clock? I think your fiver light would struggle to compete with most reputable brands. Am I wrong?

I suffered from hilarity during this video.
I love torch lights 😍👍
Awesome review!
How long to charge up when you first take it out the box? I’ve had mine on for 10 hours and the light is still red on the charger!

For such a small torch it doesn't have give you some light that's crazy.
What?

50 quid for a torch, are you on drugs ?
You obviously don’t understand that quality technology doesn’t come cheap.
