Hi Dan, nice one mate, I’m glad you are getting what you need from them. I’m really hoping I can help you can make the most from your time in the outdoors. Enjoy it out there mate ⛰️😁🥾
Thanks Paula, I’ve put my preferred options in the description but I’ll add more in as I really want to help people enjoy outdoor life. The bothy is a really quirky option if you are in the area for a few days. Enjoy it out there 🥾😁⛰️
Thanks Jim, This is a really enjoyable one and Loweswater Fell is definitely one to tag in as the views are incredible. Thanks for the support mate, enjoy it out there ⛰️😁🥾
@@therossendalerambler-mikei7294 thanks Mike, it was windier than forecast but not as bad as the day before 😅. Great wires on this one. Enjoy it out there mate ⛰️😁🥾
Great family walk this Tony. Don't know about you, Fellbarrow didn't do much for me but the end of Loweswater Fell gets my vote for the best view from a small fell in the Lake District. I once spent an hour there scoffing my butties just gazing at that amazing view down Crummock Water and those surrounding fells. Found it hard to drag myself away. Good idea ref accommodation. Alison made me smile when she said are you turning into a travel agent now are yer 🤣 Thanks for sharing. Great stuff!
Hi David, Yes, it is a fantastic view. No idea why Wainwright missed out in its own right although he defiantly does reference it in the book. Always handy for a quip is Allison 😆. Enjoy it out there mate
Hi Tony and Allison. Fabulous video and walk awesome views from Loweswater Fell and made even more so with your drone footage. Love the name of that village Thackthwaite 🙂 That was also our starting point when we did it and the same pub for a pint after. Lovely area which Ive only visited twice. My only regret I didnt do Fellbarrow at the same time. Cant remember why maybe my daughters had had enough lol. A good excuse to go back anyway. All the very Best
Hi Tony, thanks mate. This one is a cracker with ridiculous views from Loweswater Fell. Easily amongst the best in the lakes for me. A good opportunity for you to return then mate. I’m covering Rannerdale Knotts this week which is a cracker and the 2 walks can be done in 1 day. Enjoy if out there mate 🥾😁⛰️
HI Allison, Tony, fantastic walk. Not done those yet but now looking forward to it when I do, some fantastic views and a quiet area by the looks of it. Me and Mossy are off to do the Uldale 5 on Saturday, and at the moment, fingers crossed the weather looks good. Have a great week mate, all the best, Dave.
Hi Dave, thanks mate. It’s a good one for a short walk in the area. The view from Lowswater is fantastic. Sounds like a good dig, I hope you get the weather for it mate. Looks good so far mate⛰️😁🥾
i started my wainwright round on these 2.. i particularly like fellbarrow.. i think id visit more often if it wernt for the lack of parking there.. bout 3 spaces in half a layby.. good stuff tek care lad :)
Another great video guys! Any accommodation tips would be useful, we are over in East Yorkshire so it's too far for a day trip, I've got Ambleside YHA booked for Feb but anywhere else you'd recommend would be great. The light on your day out was just stunning! Hope Alison took loads of photos.
Hi Kim, I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Yes, she has just published on Instagram📸. I've put a range of options in the description for you including a very interesting bothy situated on the shores of Loweswater. If you are going over there it is always worth an overnight so that you can do 2 walks. This is a great one to get in on your short day. I'm covering the other one I would pair with it in the next couple of weeks now I've finished making the campervan 🚐. I'll hope to cover the Fairfield Horseshoe for you and publish just before you arrive in the lakes. It is a must if you are Wainwright bagging around Ambleside. Enjoy it out there⛰😃🥾
Thanks Tony, I've had Bessyboot on my list for a while but I just need to find a high cloud day. Saturday was perfect but I was working. With the subs I make sure my SEO score is on 100 ever time I publish so worth having a look at yours to check people can pick you up easily in searches. Enjoy it out there mate🏔️😊🥾
@ Oh, now then, how do you check your SEO score. Is that something you can do within RUclips? I used to have a couple of websites, so am used to optimising SEO, but didn’t realise it was a “thing” with RUclips 🤔
@@TonysTrails \\\yes, it's defiantly a big part of coming up in searches. I'd really recommend you go back and go over all your videos as it can be fixed on already published videos. You should be able to check it in youtube. I use 'tubebuddy' which you can use to check it and check your performance against other creators.
I hope you enjoy the video and route and it brings you what you wished. 😊
