    I've been incorporating mindfulness into my workout routines...helps a ton! I don't use music or podcasts anymore or earbuds, just exercise in silence. It's hard at first but then addicting. I also learn mindfulness using a book called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels that seems to help me.
