      Hot Papsie,
Thanks for your comment. Great job once again!! Here is one comment:
Your first sentence doesn't need 'in'. We can just say the country or city that we are talking about right after the verb. So, "You have visited London". You only need 'in' if you are talking about a place you like. For example, "I live in the US".
      Awesome job!

Oscar, wonderful job! Thank you so much for your comment.
Great job on the quiz :) You only had one mistake! "Has it rains" should say " Has it rained?". We have to use the past tense ('ed') ending with present perfect tense.
      Thanks Oscar!!

    Can I say
I have gone to Europe three times. Instead of saying
( I have been to Europe three times) ? Also what is the difference between between the 2 sentences?
    Thanks a lot

Great question! You can say use both 'gone' or 'been'. In this example, they are just synonyms meaning you had visited a place. So, there is no difference between the two!

Thanks for your homework, Shafqat! You are a faithful student :)
Wonderful job! I only have a few things for you to change.
"Has it rain" should be "Has it rained..". Remember, we have to have the past tense ending ('ed') when using present perfect tense.
Your last two sentences that you made yourself are both grammatically correct! However, other verbs would be better to use. The first sentence would be better if you used the verb 'eat' first. (I have eaten food just a half an hour ago). The second sentence is a little confusing using 'had'. It would be better if you used the verb 'get'. (Have you gotten your book from the drawer?).
Let me know if you have any questions!!
