I had to blow into this device 4 times with long consistent blows and the first 2 were good but the last one wasn't because by that time i was all blown out. Now i've got a letter saying that i have a mild obstruction, yeah i'm not surprised because after blowing into that thing without a break was hard work.

Hmm.. my professor gave a diff definition for tidal volume. Instead of inhalation like you stated in the video she said its exhale during normal quiet breathing
