Jesus christ, I read section on lung capacities for Paramedic and had some idea of how it worked. This man explained it clearly in less than 10 mins. You have a gift sir. Also, gun show was a bonus.
Hi I'm a second year med student ! i was lost during my teacher's lecture about lung volumes, and was beginning to stress about not understand this topic as it's such an important part in Lung physiology and pathology thank you for making a short, but well explained video, instead of a long one ! I finally understood the lung volumes! a big Thank you
I am a respiratory therapist and my granddaughter is going to school for nursing I find that most of her teachers work off of PowerPoint and do a very poor job of explaining stuff. It's been 30 years since I went to school so I really appreciate this RUclips series which does such an excellent job of breaking things down and explaining them. Thank you so much for helping a grandma look good to her grandchild. By the way we watch the videos together. I don't take full credit.
Hi there! I just wanted to say that I watched all of your neuroscience, muscular and skeletal system videos and I received 94% on my nursing anatomy and physiology exam today. Thank you.
Unbelievable. I have been struggling to understand this since MED SCHOOL. Now, nearly 10 years later, it has all clicked with this video for my MRCS Part B surgical exam. Thank you!
I read and re-read the section on lung capacities 90 times, and you've given the PERFECT visual for the info to click without memorizing words that I didn't understand. Bless you!
I can't get enough of your videos. Honestly, hands down, every time I have doubts, you clear them for me. There are some great channels out there but this channel is in the top of my list. THANK YOU
This is what we need in schools nowadays. Teachers like you who make learning fun, simple and actually make sense. I am in my 40’s going back to school and taking Physiology as a pre-requisite and I sat there listening to a 3 hour fancy powerpoint presentation with 50 page book and you made more sense explaining this in 10 mins. Thank you and pls keep up the amazing work of teaching😊
You have done an amazing job at explaining this concept and your videos need recognition for their excellence ! It is so helpful when you explain it in a clinical context !
thanks a lot dr, i am not a medical college student but im in 11th grade and i find your videos best rather than these other time waste youtube channels, you have an amazing way of explaining
Didn't know why I wasted my time reading textbooks. Awesome stuff 💯. Thank you and Keep up the good work. Now I fully understand lung volumes and capacities
Hi! Great video, loved the way you explained things so simply but so well. Just wanted to point out if anyone's confused - it should be Functional Residual Capacity (FRC) not FRV.
you're the best at explaining things....better that Ninja, because you have a talent explaining keeping a whole picture and even showing with all your body how everything works. I'm grateful.
This man is out here working his ass out and collecting REAL information while the real people-pleaser dr.mike and most other youtubers talk out of their asses. Thanks & regards
Thank you so much for your channel, Dr. Mike! I'm a nursing student and I only go to your channel for video resources. Fantastic teaching and admirably smart. You must be a wonderful doctor to work with
Wow thank you for explaining this so well! I’m in RPN first year and was having a hard time comprehending lung volumes but you were able to simplify this.
Thanks for your explanation, Dr. Mike. I really appreciate your graph and the key points that differentiates the COPD and Restrictive Respiratory Disease.
Hi please cover topics on diseases management , anti diabetics like metformin , glimeperide MOA. Also something like BP managment medications like telmisartan and others.., MOA...would be of help and viewers will love it
Wow thank you. I had a virus that made my (then mild) asthma worse and people kept telling me it's mucus when I knew it wasn't, I don't have any. But always felt like they were scarred in some way. I take vitamin E to help reduce scar tissues. As well as practice deep breathing. It's just annoying when I get out of breath quickly when exercising.
