This video dives deep into our driver orientation process here at TRX Express. By watching this video, every driver will learn his/her responsibilities toward each of our departments. Here are a few key points to remember:
1. Communication is key!
2. Always fuel up at Pilot and Flying J
3. Send copies of ALL paperwork (invoices, receipts, BOLs, inspections, reports) to [e-mail] right away;
4. Load-related issues contact Dispatch immediately.
5. Road accidents contact Safety immediately.
6. TRX Express equipment issues contact Maintenance immediately.
7. Adhere to FMCSA hours of service. If you are unclear about HOS, contact Safety.
