I'd say it's the most nuanced game series of it's time. It's noticed by mainstream audiences but more often, less readily received by mass audiences versus something like call of duty or halo. This series sits in a very unique and often misunderstood disposition. Much of that is because of how it's narrative qualities so frequently subvert user expectations and even poke fun at humanity as a whole.
Still better than metal gear solid 5 the phantom pain because metal gear solid 4 is a complete game and you can start over when you beat the whole game to unlock new things

Probably my favorite track from the game, which is pretty damn impressive when it's up against the likes of Old Snake and Father and Son.
The soundtrack is good because it sounds like a classic soundtrack from mgs 2 or 3. Not like the soundtracks we have now in games

@valdos01 I think it's really funny how the PMCs will only call for reinforcements when they spot Snake, but never when they are fighting the rebels.
