- Hi guys! Welcome episode 145 of Learn That Solo! Today we'll look at the fantastically redonk solo from 'The River Dragon Has Come' by Nevermore.
Tuning: Bb Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb
Jeff Loomis is complete win. This is diminished and chromatic win at it's finest. This is pretty difficult at first but it's quiet repetitive. I found after a few hours of practice everything came together. Enjoy the taps and shreds!

This was a great lesson for sure, but please don't do too much 7-string solos, because most of us don't have 7 string guitars.

Man for gods sake get a vocal mic and mic up your cab! Your lessons are way too epic to be recorded with a potato or whatever you use to record your audio.
Ordinarily I'd be offended... But you're right. A condenser mic has been purchased! Shit is about to get real. PS, you should probably learn the persuasive and constructive technique known as the compliment sandwich.
