With all the instances of discrimination still prevalent in employment I believe this subject needs to be brought back up and the rules we already have and tools available as Phil Scott of Vermont said need to be sharpened. Why is punitive a damage Awards like this so hard for people to understand? I agree in a lot of these cases that the people may not be deserving of these outrageous Awards but that is not the point a punitive award against the defendant should not be taken as something that the plaintiff deserved it's punitive punishment.
It's like the punitive award over the McDonald's Hot Coffee case people just cannot understand that award for hot coffee I bet you more would if it was their grandmother that got burned and then they found out that McDonald's had been fined and warned about their corporate greed 193 times but continue to brew their coffee at scalding temperatures all in an effort to squeeze every penny out of every grain of coffee.

And here I thought I was the only one being harassed by this company. Mind you I have never worked for them or even cared about this abusive company. But yeah they like to bully / intimidate people. I think with me it started because ( many years ago while I was out mindind my business doing errands etc.) I would notice their vehicles a little too much while being out sort of like they were going out of their way just to get notice by me. But at the time I really didn't knew what was going on, so just like when you go and make a complaint at a store about a bad product, service etc. I first contacted this companys customer services about this and got ignored, then I typed at a websites comment section that it was suspicious that their vehicles kept trying to cross the paths regularly and at the same time as if it was being done on purpose for harassment. And from thereits like they got mad and started to do it more. Which is absurd because if someone was stalking somebody else and they call them out on it the person being stalked is justified to complain because their rights / privacy is being infringed upon by the one/s doing the stalking. But apparently this abusive company feels it gets done wrong if someone complains about their abuses done by them or their vehicles. Also "maybe" their drivers "may" may not ahve anything to do with the harassment. But there sure is someone working for them, coordinating those vehicles to "coincidently" cross your path at the same time as you or send vehicles where you are at, walking driving etc. for harassment purposes.
