I purchased one of these. It worked for me. I’m in my 50’s and need this device to help with my circulation. I just had surgery the past month. My only complaint is the speed of the device. I never expected to grow muscles. But I did expect more or better speed for such a device. Or at least the option to go faster than two speeds. Other than that… It’s great!
How can this or the Ellipse help improve strength and balance, if it does the work for you? Are there any clinical trials or research on the effectiveness of motorized exercise?
I’m ordering this due to idiopathic neuropathy, mostly sensory nerves of lower legs. Outside of swimming I have very little way of not hurting my ankles and knee joints which swell easily. This looks like it at least keeps circulation going - the same reason I see an acupuncturist. So, fingers crossed that no harm will be done at a minimum.
hi , my grandfather is 103 and he is stubborn on trying to use any kind of therapy. his legs gets soo swelled up to the point that they look like they are going to burst. I want to buy this for him and wanted to see if you would be kind enough to share your grandmother experience with it and what pros and cons does it have

I'm thinking about getting one of these for my mother who is in assisted living. Since older people often use these (my mother is 99) and has hearing problems, it would be good to slow down the speech and maybe stress important words for such people in your videos. I'll be sending her this video and will see if she has any problems following it. I didn't have but, when I talk to her on the phone (ww live in different states), she needs very slow and deliberate enunciation.
The video was very helpful. I couldn't figure out where the other the port thingie was for the remote until your video pointed out where it's located. I didn't realize it has a counter until the video pointed it out.
I know I have to have knee replacement and it hurts my knee when I do it. Never sit anything on it my sister sat a box on it and it stop working all that money for nothing
You might need to talk to your Doctor. After a knee replacement you aren’t supposed to have any pain. My Mom had one in Nov. no pain. I know many people that said they would do it 20x over bc they have no pain.
This contraption is a 100% waste of money. I bought one, tried it, and it did nothing. Cost me a bundle to ship it back! When "Truth in Advertising" asked for clinical tested results, this company couldn't provide any credible information to support their claims. It's motorized, ergo, you don't use any effort whatsoever, which does nothing, but maybe a minuscule amount of increased blood circulation. The commercial is a play on words. The feet are too close together. a pitiful 5-6 inch movement does nothing. Decades ago, a substance that has no therapeutic effect was introduced into the medical field. It was called Placebo. Legexercise is today's Placebo.
Are you sure you have the PRO? It needs the cord to work so please contact the company for a replacement if so. If you have the Ellipse though it uses a wireless remote.
Yeah, but $238 bones seems like an awful lot for such light weight cheap plastic, and the little motor sounds like it's on overdrive going up a steep hill. My ol lady needs something for her leg cramps. But we want something that helps.
My remote doesn't work! It has no cord to connect to the machine and NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I PRESS THE BUTTONS!!! HOW CAN I TURN IT ON?????@@GrayingWithGrace
🤣🤣🤣 People People People. WAKE UP! You can do the same thing with a pair of socks and sit on a tile or wood floor!!!! This is NOT, repeat, NOT exercise. Look up the definition of exercise.
Please I got this machine but the remote got missing in the course of transporting my things. So it comes on when powered but remain on 'off' signal. How can I make it to work without the remote please.
I ain't gonna build muscle mass or feel the burn? Say it ain't so! 🤣 My elderly mama is very sedentary. She was interested when she saw a commercial for this. Thank you for the thorough review.
@@Janicebernardo I’ve not used the original personally. But the biggest difference is in the way the pedals move. The original moves front to back along a straight line rather than following the more natural curved motion of the Pro.
I'm 47 and can't move my right leg back on itself from having 2 strokes, will it help at all for getting more movement in right leg. I can walk some with a quad walker
I’d discuss this with your physical therapist or doctor. If they suggest passive movements for your exercise program, then that is what this device does.
It has it’s place for a small population of people who can’t tolerate much movement. Other options like the Ellipse or the Physiopedal offer more benefits for more active people. I have reviews of both of those too so you can compare.
Agree, if you need this much help moving your feet, get to a doctor, fast. If you need exercise, but can't do hard things, do easier things. Jump in a pool and wiggle your arms and legs. Go for a walk to the kitchen and back, pet your cat, take a crap. Anything at all would outperform this thing at making blood flow..
Hello Diane. Unfortunately products like this aren’t generally eligible for insurance payment based on my years working in the medical equipment industry. Especially Medicare and Medicaid. Many commercial insurers follow their guidelines so it is unlikely they will pay as well. It falls back to their definition of”medical necessity.” It’s a complicated issue and not always fair. If you have a private or commercial insurance policy, you could call your member services and discuss it but it is unlikely they will pay. Sorry for the not good news!
I found this at a house I’m working at and spent 5 minutes trying to figure out how to turn it on, so I looked on RUclips. I think it feels good while using. My legs get stiff from sitting too long and this might possibly help. I’ll sit another ten minutes on it while I’m posting (it’s up to 700 steps right now) and decide if it’s going to be good for that issue. Speed #2 is not very challenging - but if it was any louder it would be annoying. I think this would work great under my desk and would be a great substitute for my plastic step stool that I keep under my desk. * They don’t feel stiff.
It's great for people who can not move that well or can not move their muscles on their own. Like my son, he has Duchenne's Muscular dystrophy, so this is perfect for him. God Bless

Have you tried gabapentin? I had this issue when trying to fall asleep and would keep me awake indefinitely and it helped.
