Style and substance, Solaris certainly is that. If I Brought one 😂 I have the layout of this boat. I like the small lounge with the coffee machine. To have somewhere to sit or my morning cup of coffee. But that's me. I like her she is a beauty.
A very elegant boat, beautiful lines to it and nice quality finishes throughout. I think I would have the two cabin option and definitely loose the crew cabin. Great tour as always Jack thank you.
Bentley of the seas seems appropriate. Wonderful to look at, more powerful than you’d maybe expect, and appropriately expensive to keep it relatively exclusive. Great review as always Jack & team; thank you.
Lovely looking boat but for me I'd love to see an enclosed pilot house version and (if it were even poss?) I'd bin the crew cabin idea, push the engines further forward to give better service access and weight distribution. BUT for that kind of £ a flagship Targa or Sargo would be my choice with a chunk of change in my pocket too!
@@Yachtbuyer Looking forward to your review in that case Jack. BTW great to see the channel doing so well - been watching your reviews for years and glad u branched out on your own to allow yourself some freedom👍
Thank for the kind words Joe, much appreciated. I should point out that I have strong backing from a great team here at YachtBuyer and we share a vision for the power of video in this market. Thanks for the support - Jack
Congrats on getting the first sea trial on such an important new boat Jack 👍 She's a beauty, lots to like, including this layout. I'm surprised at such a small tender garage though. If you fill the 3 cabins (never mind crew) you'll be doing lots of trips to ferry people around in a 2.8 mini jet...
Great video, IMHO too many gadget items, must be for Americans TV in the cockpit of an open boat and layout wise better flow with 2 cabins with better volumes -
Since I'm American, I agree with you. Put a Star Link satellite, game console, NFL Sunday pass, and subwoofers in the daughters boyfriend cabin down below and you could dial this boat up to awesome.
It seems like the Italian designers are always willing to create "crew" spaces that are inhumanly small with berths that are coffin-like. I don't understand it. It seems that the trend to make everybody at every income level feel rich and like they have "arrived" has also found its way into the boating industry. In other words there is a trend to make all boats feel like super yachts. Perhaps it helps someone's ego to say that their boat is so big that it qualifies to have crew cabins.🤷🏻♂️
Wow …that is a stunning looking boat and seems to be Super Quality too …..For me though… a real shame there is only Volvo ips …. That would put me off buying one …. 🤦♂️😢
@@Yachtbuyer Well firstly…. Ips is all computer controlled… not a great idea on boats … Also … apparently Ips are Expensive to maintain….. and I’ve known quite a few people over the years that have lots of problems with Volvo Engines & Electronics….. I just think All manufacturers should give the customer Engine Options …. I personally would only buy a boat with Shaft or Surface drives…. Or Outboards… 👍😎🛥️❤️
All starting to get *"cookie cutter"* dayboat/center console and this offer is no exception surprisingly so as failure to have a top deck "pilot station" so as to rid the main deck of all the electrical and steering busy-ness that given current systems available to *ALL* builders now makes for an enormous amount of wasted space which in the boating world space always the most premium asset not time so not going to impress the crowd with this as who doesn't want a Day Boat/Runabout that can double as a Party Palace? Verdict: offer remains on shore still😊😊

The crew cabin might be for buyers that want to use it as a chase boat with their big superyacht....?

Yup very elegant, love the design and thanks to owner for allowing yb to bring us aboard 👍❤️🇬🇧
Invictus and Solaris are doing amazing things for open boats. It’s just beautiful

I believe there are plans in the wings for a coupe version. They do the same with the 52… - Jack

Love this one Jack. And of course great job by you and your crew!
Cheers!
Thanks Jack!

Wonderful boat!!! I would never put a crew person in that space. I would save it for my daughters boyfriend.
😆
Amusing, but save the effort - don’t have kids…..

Great review Jack! $1.7 million for this dayboat is a little crazy imo, not my cup of tea.
@04:02 "4 of you can travel so comfortably all facing FORWARD"
You’re right, the conditions were great! - Jack
this is a really exciting boat, but yes, the crew cabin is a joke. But I like it overall, a great design and quality. I would buy it
That crew kennel! Lose it and expand the aft cabin?
I like the mother in law cabin 😂.
Nice 🎉
Hope to see a vid on the pardo gt75 from you
You will do 👌
That crew space is a death trap.
60 foot 2.5 million and no kitchen?!? Did I miss something?
Hmmm. Seems like an antique Bentley to me😂
Omg, sink is not next to the grill! Jesus! lol, great job bud
😆
If i could use two words to sum up this vessel, it would be. HOW MUCH!

That really is a crew coffin.
Isn't this more expensive than a galleon twice the size?
This boat can be permanent home. Even have space for maid/butler

lovely boat but the "options" not included are ridiculous.
Lose the crew cabin, bring the owners cabin back and you can have a nice 3 cabin layout.

I'm 5'6". Could I find a comfortable adjustment for driving this boat?
Maybe check it out. Doesn’t seem to have a fixed roof so should be fine
2 cabin layout! WTH is up with this wannabe crew cabin certainly hope you can have it spec'd differently , it's a flippin' day boat Solaris!!!
2.5m yet no second windscreen wiper lol
