Look for surgeon who does custom jaw surgery using custom 3D printed plates. One of them is David Alfi out of Houston

All jaw surgeons that I'm familiar with will take their own imaging when you are there for the consultation.
If you already have imaging from previous surgeons or orthodontists, I recommend sending this to the surgeon's office before your consultation. They may be okay with using the imaging done by another provider. This is great because it can decrease your radiation exposure. Some may want to retake the imaging because you're not positioned in a way that they find ideal for their planning style.

Does ct or cbct show palate size

There a several different imaging options that can show the size of the palate. This is case-dependent and dependent on why the imaging is being done. Are you asking about the best way to measure the palate width?
