American medical insurance companies exist to make money, and pay congress to keep things they way they are. Goal: maximize profit, Not Goal: maximize well being

That's a difficult question. There are several strategies.
      1) if you're still a teen then mewing properly and chewing tough gums can encourage the bone in mandible to widen outward as it grows in
      2) IMDO will widen and advance the mandible. It will basically forw your lower jaw in 3 dimensions making it much bigger
      3) MSDO. Traditionaly this will make your bigonion wider but I think recent work on modifying this technique stops that with a counter torque in order to prevent jaw joint dislocation. Check out more videos on this channel under MSDO
      4) get surgery with Paul Coceancig where he will split your upper and lower jaw into pieces and torque the lower jaw ouwards massively increasing the bigonion distance. This will make your jaw noticeably wider but not necessarily angular. To be angular you have to have everted gonions and a defined chin to get that V shaped sharp look
      5) inject growth hormone. Mandible will increase in size even after puberty fi you do this but the side effects are terrible so it's not recommend. Don't do it

@@user-wu6eq1ty1y Thank you for your reply. If you do number 4. so surgery with coceanig and then afterwrds a chin wing would this give an angular V shaped sharp look?

@@stelo4902the first thing you need to do is get a 3D CT scan if your skull.
With that scan you can tell if your gonions are everted and the current angulairty of your jaw and chin.
Scenario 1) your jaw is angular but small and recessed. Making in bigger with jaw surgery will "bring it out more" to reveal the angualr bone.
Scenario 2) your jaw isn't angular. In that case you have to make the jaw bigger with surgery anyhow and then consider getting implants put in. Traditionaly this is a wrap around implant...but out of principle you really really want to avoid using implants whenever you can. Implants will degrade the bone underneath with time. Paul Coceancig has recently started doing bone grafts into peoples cheekbones to make them pop more and be proportional to whatever jaw advancement he did. Theoretically you could use this on the mandible to make it angular, kind of like sculpting with clay. You'd have to ask him in an interview what his strategy would be.
