What I like about Webster Groves is that it has a nice small-town feel and small-town charm to with a little bit of Urban vibe and Urban culture as well.
Great place, great schools, great neighbors...just everything you could want. I'm a Statesman, so I'm biased. Kirkwood, Glendale, Des Peres, Warson Woods, Oakland, Shrewsbury, Rock Hill, really every community Webster touches is nice. I'll take WG!
@@LivingStLouis sadly, I'm thinking David's talking more about North STL county; everyone in the area knows St. Chuck is it's own thing ;) I'm guessing the profit margins for RE in North STL county just aren't there for many agents. Written as a near-city south county resident who grew up in Florissant.
@@JeffGeerling I get that St. Charles is not North county -- I was saying that as in I have videos coming up that are NOT west county, I have videos planned for St. Charles county and south county. I generally base the videos off Google search volume and what people ask for on the channel. Florissant and Hazelwood would be on the top of the North Co list.
It would be great if you could do a video on the Dollie Milne house on Webster groves- park. My husband's grandfather was James Milne and owned Milne Lumber. The house was to be like a house in Santa Barbara, where they used to vacation often.
Is there a reason none of your videos of Webster Groves show North Webster Groves? You know, the whole area north of Lockwood Ave? For a moment I thought you might show some of those streets when you mentioned Elm Ave. You mentioned the Webster Groves School system which makes the exclusion of any video from North Webster even more glaring since North Webster had the first public school in the area. Webster Groves School District was started AFTER the North Webster public school.
Just wondering why u completely ignored a whole other side of webster groves ,i grew up there my entire life , as well as parents and grandparents... And what u mentioned is not all of webster groves!!!! "North Webster"?
Chill out Candace your area of WG is rotten so stop ringing the alarm on some imaginary racism unless you would like on take responsibility for all the crime and homicides that have plagued the area
Thanks for watching, what did you think of Webster Groves??
Webster Groves has a very nice Downtown area like Kirkwood has and just like Kirkwood it also has some Urban vibe and culture as well.

Great choice!
Grew up there from birth to about 21. Grateful for my childhood. Small Town feel but close to everything. Our house was built in the 1800's
Love that historic charm of those homes!!
Great content. You cover a lot of central and west county. Can you do some north and south counties as well? Keep it up!!!
Definitely! I have some St. Charles county and south county content coming up soon

Personally I also like Webster Groves and Kirkwood very much - pedestrian friendliness is a big plus for me.
Absolutely! The walkability factor of both areas is a huge bonus

Mostly just time limitations 2 years ago when this video was in the making. Nothing more than that.
Watch “16 in Webster groves”. A great time capsule documentary.
I live there. It's great
Love hearing that!

Was not intentional so apologies if the video upsets you!

“The architecture in Webster Groves is very diverse - unlike its residents.”
