Jean Phillipe has been with Ramsay since his early days at restaurant aubergine in the 1990s. Imagine the dedication it takes to work for someone like Gordon Ramsay for all those years.
I love how Gordon instantly recognises when it’s time to be the good guy and abandon his usual shouting persona when someone gets hurt badly. Shows maturity.
The way Jean Philippe sets up the wedding planner to get yelled at by Gordon is absolute gold

I always loved the sparkle in JP's eyes when he encouraged someone to go to the chef counter to confront Gordon. He knew what was going to happen then he acted so innocent after the customer got reamed by Gordon. "Did you get your problem solved?"

JP is awesome. You can tell he and Ramsay had a dynamic they understood and got along. I love how he just feeds the wedding planner to the biggest shark in the tank
