Death toll was crazy with Soviets. USA helped financially but they put millions and millions to grinding machine and Stalin really didn't care. They stopped wehrmacht. Stalin cared about results, not how many men died. So as story tells, when they attacked Finland and suffered crazy amount of soldiers, reinforced Austrian painter's idea to attack Soviet.
    - I think that smoking dude in video is general Zukhov who was indeed very successful. So successful that after the war Stalin though he is threat and sent him to gulag.
    - just some historical things what came to my mind.

A common misconception. The ratio of military losses was 1 to 1.4 in favor of the Wehrmacht. Not very similar to “meat waves” and “Stalin didn’t care.” Yes, the Soviets had difficulties at the beginning of the war, but nothing like the stories of those who like to belittle the feat of the Soviet soldier.

@@Vavilon77777 have you seen total statistics of loss by country? Germany lost way less than allies combined. Ofc these are highly debatable mostly bc soviet union as they tend not to give real numbers and probably in WW2 didn't even know + Stalin's own cruelty towards his own troops.

pls give information of source where you got that 1-1,4 ratio?

@@Finkele1 Yeah. Everyone told everything honestly, but the evil Soviets are lying again. I see. Are you Finnish? Your attitude is understandable, because your ancestors helped the Nazis, while my Jewish grandfather was saved from a death camp by Soviet soldiers. And these soldiers respected their leader. Of course, we have different attitudes towards Stalin.
Regarding the sources about the loss ratio, just googled it lol. I'm serious. I don’t sit and write down sources because I don’t set myself the goal of fighting with anyone in the comments. Now I’ve looked through it and in some places they even write 1 to 1.3.
