I have a 2014 Honda crv i got maybe 4-5 years ago. Paid off and still in good shape. I wanted a upgrade but realized maybe i should keep it and just customized it better. So I’m going to get it painted white, and change the headlights, taillights, interior, etc. never thought about a life !!!! I really hope it’ll be possible since i have a 2014
That’s awesome! Good luck on the project! You might consider looking into wrapping it instead of painting if you’re changing colors. Less expensive and you can change the color whenever you want by rewrapping it. Thanks for commenting!
That Mustang is awesome, it has a 5.0 in it from a Fox body, and we all love it. Dr. Torque, however, tolerates it. And during the winter you'll notice the two green Mopars are inside but nary a sign of the Mustang. We like to believe its living the winter in a heated garage in town that we just somehow don't know about.
Aloha, looking at either the LP kit or the HRG 2.5" kit. Glad I came across your video and gave the call out on the camber kit. Had do a similar approach on a 2013 Lexus CT200H I lowered 2". What size tires do you end running ?
This was hard to find and awesome. I want to do this on my 22 CRV Hybrid. I see you have an updated link for the front adjustable ball joint- Do you have a source for the part you needed for the rear?
Finally I found a good lift kit for my 2018 CRV. Glad to see I will be able to put bigger tires on it. Will this work on a 2WD model also? I want it just for the looks and to drive more relaxed on these horrible Houston, TX roads.
We’d suggest confirming with LP Aventure, they’re great guys. Our answer is it should just fine, as we didn’t see anything on ours that would cause an issue for a 2WD. But just confirm with LP to be positive. Thanks for the question!
I’ve been looking for a video on this for ages. Glad someone has made it! Have you taken it off road? My main reason to get this is to go remote camping in snow and mountainous areas, but not too crazy. I’m in New Zealand, would there be any issues with getting this same lift kit for right hand drive CRV ?
We don't think so. In reviewing what we did, we *think* it shouldn't make any difference. But call or email the guys at LP Aventures, they're super chill guys and they'll take good care of you. Tell them Motors and Mischief sent you!
Looks great! I’ve been think of doing the same to my 2019 crv down the line. How much was the conversation cost? Also has your mpg dropped at all after the lift? Lastly how’s the handling does the car feel like it’s going to tip in sharp turns or is it feel the same?
The lift itself is about $1200 and we also got their bash bar and skid plate for another $600. The camber ball joints are another $100 each set for front and rear so all totaled we're in ours right about $2000. Links to everything are in the description. The mpg hasn't changed at all, about the same average. And it handles great, does not feel top heavy or unstable at all, we like it. Thanks for the questions!

Love how there’s a nice classic mustang on the street

@@MotorsandMischief well hopefully it’s in a heated garage honestly I would love to see some videos on that beautiful mustang if possible
Hi, is that updated ball joint you mentioned in the description only for the front? If so, do you have a link to the rear ball joints?

Aloha! We went with 235/65 R18 and its the perfect size with this kit. It was very high quality.
That looks really good! I think these guys also make a skid plate if you want one. Really love the way that looks

They have updated the kit, so it should work great. How did you find the vodeo? Can we add a search tearm that would help find it easier?

What size tires does it have now?
Open Country 235/65R18s that we got from Discount Tire. No rubbing. Thanks for the question!
Where are the videos of it being jumped?!
Coming as soon as Jake’s wife leaves us alone with it for a Saturday
Oh God please it's a Honda
Exactly!
