What a cracking video, Damian! Loved the way you showed all those other design ideas at the beginning and then the thinking behind your own creation, it was certainly an evolutionary process! The finished buggy is a thing of beauty and something I'd be very proud of. Top work mate and a very well put together video. Cheers! 🍻😎👊👍

Thanks for that feedback, it took me ages deciding what to do. Going off piste challenges me so I thought I should tell the story. It might resonate with someone else who takes time making decisions too. I am still finalising my battery l
      placement 😂

Best tamiya videos online, you take all the information we all spend hours searching in the forums and groups and put them in one handy video ! Plus you add your own creative input and knowledge , what’s not to love !

That is the first time anyone has explained my intention which is exactly what I aim to do. I am like all of you, looking around and researching and once I get it together for a build I do my best to share the findings. Thank you for that comment, it means a lot. 👍🏻

Appreciate you’re dedication! Your videos were of massive help during my LB & WR-01 builds. All the very best to you and the channel !

@shayryan3284 Glad to be able to share what I learnt. I was looking at the WR-01 yesterday and thinking I need to take that out soon. Thanks again.

Thanks. Will see how 30g is but can always add a bit more. Can't see it needing more than 40g but we will see. Definitely made the front suspension better on a drop test.

Very nice Damian, cracking build liking the monochromatic vibe to this build and the BHWO roll cage definitely looks better than the black one you tried first. Very nice work my friend

Thanks Andy, I felt it definitely made a difference swapping that roll cage so glad you agree. I hope to run it soon, just need a break from my job, been crazy. Thanks again.

Good one mate. Really liked how you mixed and matched a bunch of parts off other kits 👌. Etching primer, your color choice then 4 coats of clear enamel I’ve found gives you the best protection and adhesion on plastic roll cages. Lightly prep the surface with scotch bright, then warm the plastic with a hair dryer before applying etching primer and your color.

That's great, thanks for sharing your experience using etching primer 👍🏻 much appreciated. Glad you liked how the buggy turned out too 😀

This was great, Damian, I ended up watching the video twice and I picked up more details along the way. I watched it yesterday on the TV and came back to comment this morning.
Yeah, it's a cool buggy, and as you said, it works well as a sand racer buggy. All your colour coordination is great, it looks awesome!
I have an FAV project coming at some point, I am pretty sure I'll come vack to this video again for some inspiration and tricks!

Well..., what can i say but brilliant.!!
Ive been a huge fan and active user of ARRMA EXB's & Speed Runners for a number of years now. But just very recently i have developed an extreme desire to collect Tamiya 1/10 scale vehicles. I just love the more realistic speed to scale and the looks. They all look fantastic. I watched quite a few videos on Tamiya RC's now. This video.., this video inspired and got me more excited than any other. I have a list of ten Tamiya's i will get. With the top five being done in a particular order. But...., after watching this, i think i will add the FAV as a main project being done on the side. Where i can show off some skill as a scale modeller. I loved this vid mate. You really put in the effort dont you. I appreciate the amount of work that went into producing this. So thankyou.
    An easy choice to 👍&🔔

Great comment. I really like the FAV and WildOne and I will add more to this and perhaps do another one too after being so inspired by everyone who has really made theirs look so incredible.
There is a FB group dedicated to this buggy and I would love to see how yours ends up. Or find me on Facebook and send me an image, or even Instagram. You can tag me.

Haha, its all about decisions now. What to do with this FAV? There are so many options. Great stuff. 😁
