- The Manco Dingo is our favorite yard kart, but what happens when you install a 275cc Tillotson methanol racing engine and send it? Turns out, you break a lot of stuff. We reinforced the go kart's chassis, installed front brakes, built a scatter shield, and installed the new stage 3 juggernaut tuner kit from Go Power Sports. We try to take the number one spot on the CarsandCameras Grand Prix leaderboard on a really fast go kart!

Ike falling over backward in his chair and Johnny running after Charles with his "cane" was the cherry on top of this episode. That thing is sooo crazy! Definitely interested in a 2.0 version with a proper frame and suspension that could actually handle that much motor. As for Charles' unplanned deleting of facial hairs from the usual positions.... Please don't let Charles go. Get an helicopter or small plane for him. The 3 of you have a synergistic effect and 2 just won't do. John was gracious, stepping back and working harder off camera as Ike and Charles grew closer, even bumping heads at first. Charles was the baby of the trio and it took a little while for a 2 man show to become a 3 man show. I know the show will go on with 2, but Ike's losing a little brother. John was awesome with his stepping back a bit to make room for Charles. He's the business man and also shares the infatuation with what the trio have been doing. I'll mis Charles and will know the both of you, Ike and John, will. Charles, you really completed the group and I hope you will be able to rejoin them soon. Peace.
I had fuel breakup myself with a 1st gen honda odyssey. I put a 350x motor on it. I took it to 5 mechanics they couldn't figure it out. Tell an older mechanic seen what I was doing and how much the odessey bounced around. I guess it was making the fuel not adamize all the way. I added thick rubber engine mounts and never had the issue again. Frothy fuel mixture was the term he used. Smarter man then I as I cased the problem for a year...
Now you know allot of people are going to be REALLY BUMMED OUT when Charles is gone. It's NOT going to be the same 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 and that thing is INSANELY FAST when it's running good and not blowing the tires off.😮😮😮😮

That engine is definitely the sickest horizontal cylinder engine I've ever seen! I would seriously love to put a 15 HP version of the Tillotson on my son's 110cc pit bike with a 5 speed trans and experience that.

For the allen head bolt holding the torque converter setup together, they sell allen head sockets (basically a part of an allen wrench in a socket form) that you can use on an impact gun. That can help to make getting that apart easier. Also for an impact gun I suggest the "Astro Tools 1831 Onyx 3/8" Palm Impact Wrench" since not only is it a VERY compact pneumatic impact gun, it's very easy to control and doesn't jump all over, it can be very gentle on the low settings and hit hard on the high settings. Here's Torque Test Channel's video on it, it's not perfect but this gun is amazing in tight spaces and if amazing for brake lines and bleeders, if the brake line is ruined then it can be a hassle getting the fittings out, unless you use this gun and snip the line right off at the fitting then put a socket on with this gun and put it at speed 2 MAX, if you need more than 2 then you have a problem. ruclips.net/video/PUG0DAJvTrU/видео.html

Most epic burnout I've ever seen! That engine in that chassis is insane!
Its hard to tell on camera, but I would always try compare yalls builds to things ive either owned or ridden as far as quads, dirtbikes, and things of that nature. I thought the 750 cross cart, and grave ninja were nasty, i gotta say.. that cart with basically ZERO suspension, and basically just a modified lawnmower engine on methanol has to be the most gnarly shit I have ever seen and honestly wouldn't even know how to compare it to a "purpose built" machine! Its an absolute animal!!! Id love to park my ass in there for a lap boys!! You need to take that thing to the strip next time you bring the rail just to see baseline numbers!! Let er rip Bros!! 🤘🤙
