So, he's an Action Master? And kudos to Robosen for programming Bumblebee to understand Scottish accents. Although it would have been amusing if you spent half the review shouting "Eleven" at it.
Very impressed with it's movements during "combat" such as kicking and gun totting, shame the walking is so silly. Also the bit where Bee fell over made me laugh out loud so that's worth some engagement to tickle the algorithm.
This shares a space with Ultimate Metal Ultra Magnus, it’s amazing but as a mom? I can’t bring myself to drop what would be the down payment on a car for one of the kids on a toy. Absolutely amazing product for those who get it, just not for me.
I think the only way I'd buy a Robosen toy is is there were a Soundwave with Frank Welker's voice or a Blurr with John Moschitta babbling away. What concerns me is how likely it is that they'll do the former.
Agree about HasLab Unicron but TBH I'd still prefer that to this Bumblebee. (And I'm looking forward to their transforming Jetfire... maybe have to wait a couple of years?)
Oh I love this little shit. You give him the command to attack and for a slight moment in time, he panics, his gun isnt loaded, he hasnt had his cup of coffee today and hes a bit peckish he isnt in the fighting mood, but you scared the life out of him, so a moment after considering surrender he tryies to fight back but is so panicked he just kinda flails around in an attempt to be intimidating but its just like a little kid playfighting with imaginary bad guys. also, "you're a fucking liability, man" is a very good line.
Only two thirds of the cost of a Haslab Unicron and none of the soul crushing despair involved in transforming the big fanny, we should all be so lucky and do the right thing and get two of this wee lad.
Really glad they got Dan Gilvezan to reprise his role. A little disappointed that it didn't transform, but I understand why and it's still cool without it.
"A good toy is a good toy!...". Words to live by Sir. I've only ever really enjoyed Transformers on an asthetic level and I've noticed I've yet to have a Transformer somewhere in my collection. I curse myself for never picking up the Transformers Animated Bulkhead. One day. Anyway, I'm prattling on. 2 Good Boys and Infinite Review brought me here and I am SO glad I made the journey. Brilliant video, can't wait to watch more. From one toy demon to another, thank you for all the good work.
It is lovely. I think I prefer the way this one works over Optimus. The Optimus one is so big and I pretty much only have room and the right sort of surface for that in my kitchen or bathroom and who's gonna take Optimus Prime into their bathroom to play with him? What if someone needs a poo? Bumblebee could fit on a desk though. Mostly. Now, if these things were like 8 or so inches tall that'd probably snag me. Wouldn't need to give them loads of room. Could just have them on my desk and mess about without having to clear space.
@dontgetonthebuscliff1126 No, he'll try to kill you in your sleep, but accidentally step on that squeaky floorboard just inside your bedroom door and decide the jig is up and make a hasty retreat flying off towards the horizon.
I kinda like the difference in reaction in Transformers fans vs non fans. Non fans love these Robosen things, while Thew, Gavin and DrLockdown alongside all the other collectors just won't bother.
Man, this thing is so cool! Hilariously outta my budget and something I'll definitely never own, but so cool nonetheless. Also equally as cool that I learned about it from your channel!
There's only 1 dancing transformers robot that I would ever be interested in buying, and that's the mini dancing Soundwave from Transformers Animated. Speaking of which, $19.99 each! How does Powell manage those amazing prices!
Great coverage! Thank you! Very impressive on the engineering side of things. Glad they've improved on the "Will crash to the ground if it loses power" Optimus Prime. And while I have spent more on single toys a couple times in the past . . . I just don't want to buy this thing. It's cute, it moves surprisingly well, but it just seems like so much damn WORK to play with it.
I may question my status as a collector sometimes, but when I wouldn’t drop the load for something that I’ll be amazed at for a short time and can’t really do all that much with.
Yep, see, this is how you overhype a product: ruclips.net/video/vvPJyQw7p8Y/видео.html Now, I'll give you that the figure you reviewed didn't transform. But, clearly, you didn't ham it up enough when you failed to bang your head on the table on camera.
Honestly, it seems odd to me that they didn't use the bayverse or knightverse bumblebee for this. I mean, I'm not a big fan of the live action films, but I've also never really been a fan of g1 bumblebee, at least not when he opens up his big gob and sounds like Casey Kasum. I like the toy a lot, don't get me wrong, he's super cute, but for me that just did not translate to animation. Weirdly, I think what I'd much rather have is a g1 toy style small bumblebee with super limited articulation in robot mode, but a car mode you can control with a little remote, make him zip around on the table. Almost like his throttlebot days as goldbug, but a little extra money just to make him an rc car.
A 9 minute review from Gavin? "Transformers Reviews Done Quick?" More like... "Transformers Reviews Done at a slightly lower than average amount of time relative to other youtube channels that review Transformers."
So .... he doesn't transform? Well, at least he can limbo. But that 'Skills and Action Library' thing, I don't know. I'm not really interested in reading things on boxes, and my 'Skills' and 'Action' are on back order from Toys R Us, so I probably won't be seeing those this century.
It's so cool but so pointless. Now, however, if they ever make a Smokescreen or even a Prowl in the same fashion, I'll pay whatever they ask. If Bumblebee is your absolute number one favourite, I don't see how you can get a more epic figure than this.
ok but hear me out, toy based g1 bumblebee that auto transforms, he barely needs to do anything! i wouldnt even mind simple legs that use wheels to cheat
Now you've opened the pandoras box of me wanting to know Toby's opinion on all Transformers
He wants to eat them all
I do love that they wave the fact that he doesn't transform by giving him a specific Convert command that shows his T-Cog is on the fritz.
I shall spend the next 30 hours staring patiently at my screen.
I messed up the timing so it'll be MUCH SOONER
@@TRDQ Well now I don't know what to do with all this extra time. I guess finally film another video, idk...
So, he's an Action Master? And kudos to Robosen for programming Bumblebee to understand Scottish accents. Although it would have been amusing if you spent half the review shouting "Eleven" at it.
Wow... well done Gavin, the Robosen people actually reached out to you, that's even more mind blowing than the figure! 😯
Good for novelty and programming, but maybe not for toy enthusiasts and dogs.
Congrats on hitting the big time!

Look at you being noticed by big robot making companies! You've come so far!

My new objective in life is to give this and Robosen Optimus to a child in the 1980’s and tell them this is what transformers will be in the 2020’s 😂
Ha! Wide eyed me asking if you're a god. I talked to a speak and spell so can't imagine Prime talking to me.
@@donavianwillis7759 I'd respond the exact same way!
You have arrived.
This is such a vote of confidence in your channel from Robosen's marketers.
The smoothness to the way the arms move on this thing is crazy, in some ways it’s more impressive than Optimus
Only two thirds of the cost of a Haslab Unicron and none of the soul crushing despair involved in transforming the big fanny, we should all be so lucky and do the right thing and get two of this wee lad.
I know it’ll never happen, but this technology would be PERFECT for Small Soldiers figures.
Deeply underrated movie!
Thanks for showing my own robosen!!!💛
Remember people, Sting like a bee!
Complete credit for actually getting Dan Gilvezan instead of a generic voice.
Great review. Way out of my price point, but still kinda neat.
Feel like a missopportunity to have Bee walk toward or kick Repugnus or just have him next to Bee!

wow that can really move. half the price. twice the fun. and it also makes your animals at the house going crazy. interesting!
I'm waiting for the Robosen Gears with removable personality modulator.

It's absolute shite that they're making you send it back to them, but it does have a charm to it and you made a great review. 10/10 mate
Those kicks are crazy impressive
But now you have to do a parody version of the overly excited "whoa" reaction video of a true influencer.

Great! I agree with Toby
Did they actually get Dan Gilvezan to do the voice clips?
Bumblebee buzzes when you move his limbs? Hmm, sounds like a feature! BZZZZZ!
Looks very Dreamwavey.
I think if it did all this stuff, and also came with his action master backpack that spins a little rotor, then maybe I’d consider this
Damning criticism from Toby here
I think I'd like his look better if there was more vehicle kibble. Maybe a few tires or something?
I agree with Toby
Yeah, cool, yeah, BUT GAVIN, when do we get Commando Elite and Gorgonites!?
Since you reviewed G1 Skylynx. Would you do Earthrise Skylynx?
What, Gavin, no dab? But how will I know it dabability compared to toys that transform?

Is that Dan Gilvazan or a sound alike?
Shouldn't Action Master Bumblebee's gun turn into his helicopter backpack? I'm confused. ;)
Yeah, love it and happy it exists but it's too expensive and too niche to live with me.
Why didn't you get him to dab? I was waiting for it.
Hope other companies send you figures to review!
He cannot dab!
@@TRDQ Gaaaaaaasp!
