Once you made the sauce, for how long it will last? In a refrigereter? Or in a room temrature.
Wish l could print out the recipe. Will make it easier for me. Took me a long time to write the recipe.
You're welcome Lillian! The written recipes are all on sgpnoodles.com :-)

Hi can you please tell me what brand is your blender? I have used so many but they all leave big pieces of the dried chilli?
I use Preethi :)
May I know the brand of your blender?
She has bought it in India it's Preethi mark
Indian brand Preeti blue leaf
Is there any alternative to Belacan?I cant find it here in the Philippines...
You can use bagoong! :)
Can I use chili powder without soaking it?
Why do you use 2 types of chilli, dried and fresh? Does it make a difference in taste?
No need galangal?
can u share the blender brand?
When do we bottle the sauce? While it's still hot ?
Don't bottle it when it's hot because it'll turn rancid, cool it 1st then put in a dry clean glass bottle.
@@rastaman1965 thanks
Tried making it. Tastes nowhere near. Thanks for the effort though.
