Yup, carrot, but stick when they blow it, sorry but the watchdog for police is 99.9% biased toward those poor police officers who have such a hard job, fine no problem, but if they screw up "consequences" we see all too often police interaction with day to day members of the public turn bad, because of bad habits and bullying, police have powers and wiggle room to use to allow discretion so if a member of the public breaks a small law by clear ignorance he can teach and help, not Judge and prosecute every slip, its OK for police to get a law mixed but not us lowlife scum known as humans

Yeah they were really decent blokes.
      A* for them.
They do have to check their bases, for instance if they had told him he could fly the drone and it turned out that he couldn't, and he crashed it through a window or something, the cop would be in pretty serious trouble.
So they were OK really, covered their a-holes.
This is how cops should be.

I'm impressed to hear that PTTP is a Master Psychologist, when I first started watching his auditing videos I did detect that he was very intellectual, I admire people like that, they're never boring to listen to, are very good talkers and always have something interesting to say.
I try to self teach in the areas of character and personality psychology, find both of these fields very interesting, educational and useful, have learnt quite a lot over the last few years.
By no means would I claim to call myself intellectual and some sort of professional expert in those sub fields of psychology, it's purely cos I enjoy educating myself on for hobby and interest reasons.
Once again another good and solid audit by PTTP, with each new video he puts out on his channel I can see his confidence grow through personal experience and knowledge when interacting with more and more police officers.
Even though PTTP didn't go down the criminal psychology route but chose consumer psychology instead, his training in that particular field might still prove to be beneficial somehow when he is out auditing.
I like when PTTP came straight out and said: "I'm a psychologist by training" and the sergeant, including the constable standing to the right of him both sounded impressed.
The female PC in the beginning of the video, that got out her personal car to speak to PTTP was in my opinion unprofessional, rude and made a false, slanderous and insultive assumption that the auditor could of possibly been a terrorist and was engaged in hostile reconnaissance.
Although the female constable didn't accuse PTTP of being a terrorist outright, her comments, opinions and remarks clearly indicated to me that this is what she was thinking and implying.
The sergeant did a very good job of secretly disguising his line of questioning in a friendly, get to know you and personal consensual way, PTTP was sharp in picking up on this and quickly shut the officer down when he tried to obtain his private and personal information.
PTTP was grilled hard by the sergeant, he tried everything he could think of to trip the auditor up and find something illegal that he was doing or about to do, but PTTP had already covered all of his bases and did a magnificent job of stating all the lawful facts and evidence relating to flying a 249g drone.
This left the sergeant no choice in the end but to admit defeat and realise he wasn't gonna get the better of PTTP as he was more clued up on the aviation laws and regulations than he was.
The sergeant probably said to his other 2 constable colleagues as they walked off: "That guy was smart and well clued up on the aviation laws, really thought I had something to pin on him as well. He hasn't got away with everything just yet, I'll go back online and find something...anything that we can use to prove he is doing something wrong and unlawful."

20:35 Three police talking to someone on the side of the road is the biggest distraction around. Everyone driving past will be rubber necking wondering why the police are talking to someone and wondering what they are arresting the person for. Well that's the only reason police talk to people - to investigate crimes. So it's reasonable for all drivers to think they are seeing someone arrested and since it's unusual they will be looking as they drive past.
