@@lyssgoddess I remember when I was delivering my twins my first one she came out fine and my second one she was breach and they like went to pull her out and they got her hand out in the cervix closed on her hand and the cervix wouldnt open so then they had to do emergency c-section on me and when they went to cut me three different times I felt them cut me and then finally they had to like put me out or give me something and then I didn't feel it and then they were able to get her out but they said her arm would probably have damage luckily it didn't... So I'm thinking the cervix closed on the head and I'm assuming that's what happened I can't even imagine
My first time hearing a story like this as well, so heartbreaking. The doctor pulled down extremely hard, since mother is high risk a section would've best. I have a story myself seen with my own eyes, and was in the delivery room up close and personal, and I had to say a few words to the doctor more patient within themselves and more training is needed. This was more if this baby shoulders being stuck which happens at times ,so why again instead of a C-Section seeing this . Sone women since seeing this case has said their babies also got stuck,but their doctors knew what to do,from performing a section ,to making a 4 inch cut to deliver their babies .I said she was wheeled into the operating room to get a C-Section with a doctor laying on that gurney with her ,holding the baby in since he was wanting to come out and her baby survived ,this was in the early 90s not 2023.

The patient is high risk so C-section should've been done I'm almost positive baby was already stressed while she was having contractions. Most doctors are very careless and pull before thinking of performing a C-section thinking they can turn baby different ways to come out, and those Doctors are the worse to have. Doctors visits tell you alot on how these doctors are many, many reasons I wouldn't work for a doctor again malpractice, misdiagnosis, and medications you may not even. Clearly this Doctor didn't know what to do in this situation, or could careless afterall she tried covering up her procedures from father &mother the medical team knew what was done as well.

Just to add more details, they didn't allow them to hold their baby. The staff had the baby wrapped him tightly in a blanket and only allowed them to see the baby from a distance. They didn't know exactly what happened to the baby until days later when they were notified by the funeral home. The funeral home was shocked bec they are normally notified within hours of the death, not days. Lawsuits are on the way. This so called Dr should be ashamed of herself.
This happened to my brother and his wife’s twins! I can’t even tell you the pain they went through at that time! My brother was so depressed he couldn’t even get up out of bed for an entire year! My sister in law was so heavily medicated that she couldn’t even take care of her son! It was bad for the EIN tire family after finding out what really happened to the twins! You can’t trust these doctors who are obviously just looking to get paid no matter what they do in the delivery room! I feel for this woman and her husband! I know the pain they’re going through because of what I witnessed and what we went through!

When expecting parents go to the hospital, the end result is to welcome and be united with their newest family member, not what must clearly be a horror of unspeakable magnitude!! My husband thought the doctor was going to do something similar to my 4th baby. He said she was pulling her head so hard he started to get visibly distressed, then she shoved her arm in and unwedged her from my pelvis. Then she came out with her entire face purple and swollen. These poor parents. I know how helpless we felt and this is just.... unfathomable. Poor sweet little guy 😢💔

Same thing happened 6 years ago in Britain. The Dr was meant to perform a c-section but made the mother push. So sad. These families go through the hurt of losing their loved one. Medical professionals negligence .

I was induced on Halloween which was a Monday early morning with my second child, my first child was a C-section, I did not have my baby until Thursday my baby was black and blue and in the ICU these doctors should be taking care of these women and babies case by case and not automatically force a baby through a birth canal.
I don't have words. I just don't. This happened to me. God was on my side that day. I didn't have an epidural. I had an all natural birth (in hospital) my daughter also got stuck. The doctor pulled her head so hard it severed the nerves in her neck/spine that made her arm work. Like her arm was paralyzed from shoulder to fingers. It's called Erbs Palsy. I could not find an attorney that would take my case. I was NOT told what was wrong with my baby. She was THREE MONTHS OLD before I had a confirmed diagnosis and manner of injury. She was seven months old before she had surgery, and the way her case was handled gave no time for any attorney to really help me. The statute's one year. By the time she had surgery and I was able to get an attorney it was too late. So my daughter is f*****

Being so small we didn't know what to expect until he got in there. It was as bad or worse than anticipated and with nerve graft surgeries like her's, The success rate is almost entirely dependent on how soon the infant has the surgery. The more scar tissue the harder it is to fix the longer they go without movement the harder it is to fix. She shouldn't have gone that long she should have had her surgery by the age of 3 months not seven going on eight. Had she been a year old we had a 50-50 chance that she would get any mobility back. We're grateful for what she does have though!

This is absolutly horrific. I apologize for the length of this post ahead of time. This may trigger some people so im just putting a warning. I just read that the mother had to deliver the baby's body via C-section, and delivered the head, vaginally. ABC news reported this: "The infant's body was delivered through Cesarean section, the head was delivered vaginally and the baby was already deceased due to the excessive force applied by the obstetrician when she attempted to deliver the baby vaginally, according to the complaint."....So, All this happened and she had no idea that the baby had been decapitated. I don't understand what they must have told her that she was delivering when she delivered the head. It's not like they could say she was delivering the after-birth/placenta. They take that all out during the C-section. So this confuses me a bit. Im absolutely NOT saying that the parents knew that anything regarding the baby's unaliving had happened during this time. Im just saying that i can't imagine all of the panic and lying and deception that must have been going down during that delivery to hide all this horror from that poor mother. AND the father. AND the rest of the family. I mean I delivered my son via C-section. I would most definitely have known if i also delivered something vaginally. Sorry about the graphic natureand wording in this comment. It just needs to be said. This is barbaric. I hardly doubt the Dr. did this on purpose but she damn well knew what COULD happen if she kept pulling like she did. But even I would know that the birth of a child is nit the time to second guess yourself and that it's better to be safe then sorry. And if that child unalived BEFORE the horrific happened...why all the lies, deception and hiding of information of this fact from the parents after the delivery? I've seen the tools they use to do this sort of thing and am not surprised it happened. A similar thing happened to me, should have been a c section. They used these things on me instead. Though I wasn't decapitated they did ruin my right shoulder for life by breaking it so severely and refusing to treat it. I can't imagine I'm the only one out there with lifelong injuries from this kind of medical malpractice.

This happened to a cousin of mine many years ago she was pregnant and due to give birth at the hospital and there was a problem with the delivery the infant somehow during the birthing process became entangled in my cousins intestines and strangled to death while she was in there and they were unable to retrieve the baby unless they cut the child out and pull it apart piece by peace she gave them consent to do it an they did they had to cut the baby’s legs off at the hips and its arms at the shoulder and its head at the neck then they had to cut the stomach in half as well as the infants bottom before the child could be successfully removed from my cousins intestines. This situation although sad reminds me that the old saying “ shit happens and that saying “ really plays into character especially in places where the public gather at and where people everywhere are dealing with a little bit of everything nowadays

This happened to my brother and his wife’s twins! I can’t even tell you the pain they went through at that time! My brother was so depressed he couldn’t even get up out of bed for an entire year! My sister in law was so heavily medicated that she couldn’t even take care of her son! It was bad for the EIN tire family after finding out what really happened to the twins! You can’t trust these doctors who are obviously just looking to get paid no matter what they do in the delivery room! I feel for this woman and her husband! I know the pain they’re going through because of what I witnessed and what we went through!

My husband thought the doctor was going to do something similar to my 4th baby. He said she was pulling her head so hard he started to get visibly distressed, then she shoved her arm in and unwedged her from my pelvis. Then she came out with her entire face purple and swollen.

I’m so sorry for your loss praying for you and your family. I was induced on Halloween which was a Monday early morning with my second child, my first child was a C-section, I did not have my baby until Thursday my baby was black and blue and in the ICU these doctors should be taking care of these women and babies case by case and not automatically force a baby through a birth canal.
I don't have words. I just don't. This happened to me. God was on my side that day. I didn't have an epidural. I had an all natural birth (in hospital) my daughter also got stuck. The doctor pulled her head so hard it severed the nerves in her neck/spine that made her arm work. Like her arm was paralyzed from shoulder to fingers. It's called Erbs Palsy. I could not find an attorney that would take my case. I was NOT told what was wrong with my baby. She was THREE MONTHS OLD before I had a confirmed diagnosis and manner of injury. She was seven months old before she had surgery, and the way her case was handled gave no time for any attorney to really help me. The statute's one year. By the time she had surgery and I was able to get an attorney it was too late. So my daughter is f*****

@@sweetstormz thank you! I sincerely appreciate it! She doesn't have the mobility now that we hoped for, but it is the most our doctor could PROMISE us she'd have. Being so small we didn't know what to expect until he got in there. It was as bad or worse than anticipated and with nerve graft surgeries like her's, The success rate is almost entirely dependent on how soon the infant has the surgery. The more scar tissue the harder it is to fix the longer they go without movement the harder it is to fix. She shouldn't have gone that long she should have had her surgery by the age of 3 months not seven going on eight. Had she been a year old we had a 50-50 chance that she would get any mobility back. We're grateful for what she does have though!

This is absolutly horrific. I apologize for the length of this post ahead of time. This may trigger some people so im just putting a warning. I just read that the mother had to deliver the baby's body via C-section, and delivered the head, vaginally. ABC news reported this: "The infant's body was delivered through Cesarean section, the head was delivered vaginally and the baby was already deceased due to the excessive force applied by the obstetrician when she attempted to deliver the baby vaginally, according to the complaint."....So, All this happened and she had no idea that the baby had been decapitated. I don't understand what they must have told her that she was delivering when she delivered the head. It's not like they could say she was delivering the after-birth/placenta. They take that all out during the C-section. So this confuses me a bit. Im absolutely NOT saying that the parents knew that anything regarding the baby's unaliving had happened during this time. Im just saying that i can't imagine all of the panic and lying and deception that must have been going down during that delivery to hide all this horror from that poor mother. AND the father. AND the rest of the family. I mean I delivered my son via C-section. I would most definitely have known if i also delivered something vaginally. Sorry about the graphic natureand wording in this comment. It just needs to be said. This is barbaric. I hardly doubt the Dr. did this on purpose but she damn well knew what COULD happen if she kept pulling like she did. I coded during my sons delivery and my Dr had me in the operating room faster than i knew what was happening. You're telling me that at no time during the natural delivery, that anything happened to cause her to think that maybe there was a problem? Something happening that shouldnt be? Any issues with the delivery that caused her any concern? I'm not a Dr. OR a nurse. But even I would know that the birth of a child is nit the time to second guess yourself and that it's better to be safe then sorry. And if that child unalived BEFORE the horrific happened...why all the lies, deception and hiding of information of this fact from the parents after the delivery? I've seen the tools they use to do this sort of thing and am not surprised it happened. A similar thing happened to me, should have been a c section. They used these things on me instead. Though I wasn't decapitated they did ruin my right shoulder for life by breaking it so severely and refusing to treat it. I can't imagine I'm the only one out there with lifelong injuries from this kind of medical malpractice.

This happened to a cousin of mine many years ago she was pregnant and due to give birth at the hospital and there was a problem with the delivery the infant somehow during the birthing process became entangled in my cousins intestines and strangled to death while she was in there and they were unable to retrieve the baby unless they cut the child out and pull it apart piece by peace she gave them consent to do it an they did they had to cut the baby’s legs off at the hips and its arms at the shoulder and its head at the neck then they had to cut the stomach in half as well as the infants bottom before the child could be successfully removed from my cousins intestines. This situation although sad reminds me that the old saying “ shit happens and that saying “ really plays into character especially in places where the public gather at and where people everywhere are dealing with a little bit of everything nowadays
The baby had a birth defect. The doctor was wrong to cover it up. The family needs to stop playing the victim. The entire healthcare system needs to be "defunded". The lawyer needs to stop throwing gasoline on the dumpster fire that is called justice. Things are not what they seem.

So let me get this straight, the babies head was delivered vaginally but the body and legs were delivered C-section?? Wtf?? Didn't Mom not know the head had come out??
