- It is an absolutely heartbreaking and graphic story that may not be suitable for everyone. A young Clayton County mother and father have sued their OBGYN and Southern Regional Hospital after they claim the doctor's negligence led to their baby being decapitated during childbirth. In the wrongful death lawsuit filed Wednesday morning, the couple claims the hospital covered up their baby's death.

It’s scary how unethical doctors and hospitals can be and this just further proves their slimy nature. Never leave your kids alone with them! Imagine what else they are willing to do without your consent or knowledge. So disgusting.
How dare they cover it up! To the gyno, it may have just been a birth that turned into an "abortion-care". Gynos decapitate babies everyday. It's called abortion-murder. Democrats call it abortion-care and gynos do the decapitating regularly.

Sure they could put the doctor in prison for malpractice and get millions of dollars from the hospital, but you still have to live with the fact your first born son is dead because a doctor (who you're supposed to trust) ripped your child's head off. Like my God, you don't recover from that.

It happens a lot more outside of the US. The doctors rally together and nothing rarely happens to those involved, no justice is given. Doctors don't snitch on doctors, police don't snitch on police etc.
After losing a malpractice lawsuit (which they will definitely do) they will lose their license in whatever STATE their in. All they'll do is move to another state and apply there!But hopefully they MAY get a FEMALE JUDGE who will sympathize with them (who wouldn't) & pull their license for years & make an EXAMPLE of them and find a way to make them suffer just as this young couple are suffering!!!😡😵💫🫡😮
I got stuck at the shoulders while being born a nurse laid across my moms abdomen and said “when I push, you push” nobody tried to yank me out by my head. That was in 1971 when doctors still said smoking was safe.
How DARE that hospital have the audacity to spit in that young couple face and say they are not responsible.
As a pathologist who has seen this before, NEVER let anyone talk you out of an autopsy, because they are usually trying to hide something.. I left the profession because I refused to be involved in cover ups and the corruptness that I have seen in my 40 years as an MD

This is truly horrible!!!! As a mother, I cannot imagine their pain. I’ve had 2 c-secs and my first baby got a cut on her eyebrow so near to her eye. My husband was the one who noticed it and the staff quickly took our baby to check on her. I know my story does not compare, but it’s so scary to think something like this can happen. And to think they tried to cover it up is beyond shameful. Praying for strength for the parents. RIP little angel.

Many females pay for their illegal drugs with their bodies, hence the need for multiple abortion-murders. It benefits the cartel's business model because if ALL the drug babies WERE BORN, the problem would be SO GLARING that the gov't would ACTUALLY have to end the cartels' drug enterprise because people would realize they were destroying the human race and human DNA/human genomes. When my brother died, I say my dad died with him. He’s never been the same. His only son. This father has the same look my dad had for years. He is totally traumatized. They both are… I can see the hidden rage, anger, sadness, emptiness in this couple. I recognize those eyes and dead expressions 🥺🥺

Yes I attended a few C-sections due to this . Dr. Didn't wait. He literally ran to or and was stripping and dressing all the way. Both moms and babies survived.

Amen! Normally prior to delivery- ultrasounds are done- so it should have been known that the baby was in fact breech & needed to be a c section. This is atrocious I am appalled!!!

If the delivery was that difficult after 10 hours of labor, the monitor would have shown that the baby was in distress. A C-section should have been performed much earlier.
The sad thing about these types of cases is that it will either bring them closer together or separate them.

I am sitting here in a daze trying to wrap my brain around this situation. I can only imagine what the parents must feel like. I am a mother and I cannot imagine this horrific and horrible act from all parties of the hospital. This is unacceptable and unbelievable! Sending my condolences to the family! 🙏

So they just said " sorry ur baby didn't make it ,I wonder if the parents asked to see/ hold it like many do before its taken to a morgue but were denied ..so many questions, those poor souls ..
I went on record and told them in 2019. All their dirty dealings would catch up to them. And that one day they would make national news.

Some doctors have become worse than lawyers! I noticed this after COVID. Most don't listen anymore, they're impatient, they rush ur visits, they ignore ur concerns, they stall ur treatments instead of doing everything they can for u, in order to make u constantly pay their co-pays, and continually bill ur insurance over an over again, they don't refer u to the treatment and specialist they know u need until they make sure they stall u at their office for several more waste of time billing visits, they make decisions based on the money they can get from ur insurance instead of simply doing their jobs and referring u out to where they already know u need to be in the first place. It's like they're determined to make a certain amount of billings off u first BEFORE letting u get the real help u need, when u tell them ur ailments many of them always doubt u and refuse to look at what u noticed on ur body or symptoms, they treat u as if u're lying, and some as if u're some kinda druggie, dont know if this is a race thing but in dealing with certain ones some were like this. The 2 foreign ones I had were not. They were attentive, helpful, listened, did referrals right away, etc. So far. So can't say for sure if race has anything to do with it. Some get prideful and their pride interferes with their decisions. As if they went to medical school not u, so they're not listening to a stupid person. As they continue their wrong path of treatment, I'm guessing this is what happened in this situation. These poor people. This is devastating. When my son was young his pediatrician was out of town, saw another, who rushed the visit, didn't listen, cut me off, treated me like I was exaggerating, gave zero medical attention to my son, and sent us away as if I made his symptoms all up, when asked him to check again, he visually gave attitude, snapped at me, and wouldn't check again, I again asked him to pls check again, he jerked around, mad said he went to med school and everything is fine, i left ,put son car seat,drove up street to emergency room, and told them my sons symptoms, and how something was wrong, they checked heard rattling, took xray n found fluid in his lower left lung, called me over to see the huge dark spot and the e.r doctor snapped he started cursing and couldn't believe the treatment my baby received 30 min ago said had i gone home his lung could've continued to fill up with fluid overnight!!!!!?? The nurse had to calm him down! he called that doctor cuz I got a random call at home on Sunday from the azzhole doctor but I refused to take his call. Anyway just think doctors are the new lawyers now. Bloodsucking, don't give shite, money hungry azzholes..and they rarely fix anything, I should go to med school so I can get a job guessing and never fixing anything, just tell people to elevate their legs, listen to their lungs, heart, check ears, eyes, and bill their insurance and get paid big money for nothing. Again not all doctors but I'm definitely seeing an uptick of lazy, money hungry ones, treating regular people like ignorant fools, not caring about the oath they took to take care of their patients. So many people have all these stories about doctors high n mighty pride, money interfering with their medical decisions. This guy should be charged with manslaughter he could've made a pivot and went straight to c section but his high n mighty pride refused..he knew best cuz he's the big shot in the room. He murdered their poor baby and still slept good at night. I bet their are more murdered babies no one knows anything about..this is why it's so hard to prove medical cases cuz it gets covered up by a lot of people.

So so sorry mom and dad, what a horrific and heartbreaking situation. I gave birth to my son 2 weeks ago and my husband was extremely disturbed at how our midwife was pulling on our baby’s head- so much so that he stepped in to help. Something needs to be done in honor of that precious baby and the responsible parties need to be held accountable. Praying that God wraps his arms of love and comfort around you both, so sorry 💔

@@lilmamagc yes you do, I’m glad he did. Once we got settled in our room he expressed to me how upset he was at how rough she was with both the baby and I and how hard she was pulling on his head. He also noticed signs in the hospital stating that all the doctors were independent contractors and were not responsible for any death or injury. Ironically, we live 2 hours from where this happened. I guess they think they are above any consequences for malpractice.

I’ve learned that the only way a baby can be decapitated is if the infant was already dead from the pushing for having shoulder dystosia

This was common... in Medieval times until people started writing down the outcomes of the practice. I know there was another case just like this in Brazil in the mid 2010's, but this just doesn't happen because doctors with even a modicum of education know not to do this.

The reporter in the pink dress was trying not to cry at the end. The mother looks out of it, like she's there listening to the description of what happened to her child but at the same time totally numb to the world. This is horrific.

@@Tricie2371 I read in another article that the hospital wouldn’t let the parents hold the baby after he passed. Instead they wrapped him tightly in a blanket and propped his head so you couldn’t tell it was detached and then held him up for the parents to see. Absolutely sickening

I know people keep saying the hospital covered it up but the doctor covered it up. According to the hospital the doctor never notified them of the death. No I'm not defending any of it. I don’t know why I’m watching this after losing my son at 25 weeks due to a cord accident out of all things. This is beyond nightmare truly crushing my heart goes out to this young couple. It’s been 2 weeks since I lost him and I can see the pain, and the numbness that creeps in when it’s just too much, all over her face. I can see the grief and anger all over the fathers. I lost my twins one year and two months ago. I gave birth to them on June 11th. I lost them due to cord entanglement, they were very rare. The pain I still feel is unimaginable, and I am so sorry you feel this too, and it's so fresh. I shouldn't be watching this either, but my heart truly does go out to this poor couple. They know our pain, but for a completely different earth shattering reason. It's still absolutely horrible, but we at least knew what happened to our babies right away, these poor people were lied to in the most disgusting way. As hard as it was, I needed to see my daughters the way they were. They were gone, and as much as I hated it, I had to accept it to move forward. They got that information in the most horrible but honorable way, on the funeral homes part. My heart truly goes out to them. I am in an absolutely amazing Facebook support group for parents like us. I can give you the information. I joined nearly 4 months after my loss, and it has helped me so much. I know it would help you too ❤️ my heart goes out to you as well ❤

I’m a nurse and, granted not in L&D, but in all my education and experience I’ve never heard of this type of “birth injury”. I cannot even begin to understand the pain, the grief, and trauma the parents and even the nurses and anesthesiologist assisting in this case are dealing with. Please, God, give them strength.

Unfortunately as a midwife in training, this doesn't happen often but is not unheard of in hospitals. This is like the third case this year, all though some of the other news report I've watched were not recent as in the last year. Hospitals have been failing l&d for far too long. My own experiences led me to never give birth in one. And later on to become a midwife.

This is so horrific. When I saw decapitated, I thought maybe they accidentally cracked the babies neck. But to decapitate, including breaking off the entire head from the body, scull, muscle , skin ect. and for just the baby’s head to still be stuck in the vaginal canal while they’re performing the emergency C-section. That’s is CRAZY. She knew immediately the baby was dead before the C-section. It was just part of a cover-up. How horrific.
Right! The c section was a cover up. She pulled and pulled and pulled that baby head until she broke it. Then she said lets do a c section. Pulled the baby out in 2 or 3 pieces, put it together to show the parents but after they denied them, then told the parents to burn the body to destroy the evidence. Take the doctor down. Take the nurses down. Take the surgeon down. Take the medical assistant s down. Take the whole damn hospital and everyone that witnessed and saw it down. And the doctor already admitted it so everyone needs to sing like canary. They lied to the family. Falsified documentation. Heartbreaking and disgusting. I'm so pissed.

@@22lyricthe gentleman said that the baby's head was stuck in the vagina and when the doctor did the c-section the doctor delivered the legs and torso and there was no head attached. I'd call that a internal and external decapitation. 🤷🏼♀️

@@AmandaCadornayes, the infant was headless upon removal from the womb. The staff tried to quickly cover the body until the OBGYN removed the head and placed it in the blanket so that the baby appeared in tact.

Don't think for a second that the hospital will be able to avoid liability. Rest assured about that. When the severed head was delivered vaginally and the headless body extracted surgically, multiple nurses were present. None of them reported this to the police. You really think these nurses didn't inform their superiors for further instructions and decided to collude with a doctor who's not even an employee of the hospital? Not in a million situations. They did notify the hospital management who also chose to keep quiet about this. Then we have the doctor herself who chose to be quiet. So all these people are liable for at least malpractice and God knows what else. They are all gonna get skewered!

Also the of the ability to “growing a spine” in regards to admitting their faults as far as that hospital and that OB-GYN’s mistakes leaves something to be desired. My daughter is 3 months old. I could not imagine being so excited and tired from pushing my baby out and ending up finding out my baby was DECAPITATED. Your life and your baby’s life is put into the hands of the doctor. I know for a fact my doctor didn’t pull my baby out until after her shoulders were free.

@@daylehudson6810the report said that the Dr/hospital staff lied by not telling them what happened and encouraging them to cremate the baby. The funeral home contacted authorities. Probably due to the fact the poor baby's head wasn't attached and they noticed the broken skull bones, raised suspicions I'd imagine. One would think that the Dr would've gone ahead with the c section earlier on. The Dr and hospital had a duty to be truthful about what happened and they weren't. Disgraceful.
The audacity to first try to cover up this horrific tragedy then deny any wrong doings makes me so sick! That poor young lady, I just can not imagine what she must be going through! My prayers are with her tonight! Dam it! what do they think the young girl did that to her baby? how else could it of happened? UGH I am irate!

As it shows respect for their non belief or different beliefs. Only a tiny proportion of Christians have asked me this, but I do appreciate it when they do. By the way its astounding how many atheists show more respect to an alter in a church than the church attendees themselves. One example only amongst many others is a pastor let's a generous donator's kids run up and down the aisle playing and shouting during sermons. (I mix with Christians and on odd occasions go along to church with them).

This is terrible. When I gave birth, my baby's shoulders got stuck, too, but my doctors gave me a 4th degree cut to save the baby. I can't imagine if this would have happened to me. I hope this poor couple can get justice for their son.
That's what I was wondering; if delivery had begun, and baby was stuck; WHY didn't they cut the mother?? This would have been uncomfortable for her, but would have saved the baby's life.
If baby was too large for even this, than the level of negligence is even more scary, as mother should have been monitored throughout, and a planned C-Section arranged in advance.

My son got stuck. They called for a emergency CS. I was literally rolled to surgery, with a doctor straddled in my bed with his hand up my woo-hoo holding my son in place to prevent him from trying to move any further. He wanted out and they did everything to make sure he didn't move, but that was in 94. You would think with all the advancements this could of been prevented. So I don't understand either. This is horrific 😢
I don't think most people understand what a 4th degree cut is, but I do. I am grateful that you had such skilled care and that you and your baby are fine and well. As invasive as your birth story was I only can wish this mother and baby could have gotten the skilled care you and your baby received. So sad! RIP little one.
