Sir, a small doubt... If something is cooked for 5-6 people using 40-50 gm oil Then should i count calories of that whole oil been used or just of my portion size ??
I'm fat, I started eating less than 20g carbs which come from veges mostly and as much ghee and butter as I want along with red meat until I'm satisfied. Lost 5 kgs in 25 days and still counting. Eat right and you won't have to do the calorie counting stuff. Just consume what comes under essential food aka essential fats and essential amino acids (protein) and you're good to go.
M tracking my food in Fittr app. Wanted to know if I should weigh Chicken and Prawns uncooked or cooked. I usually cook them in airfryer. And chicken and prawns shrink after cooking. So I wonder if their protein content reduces.
Protein content does not change, doesn't matter if you cook or airfry them...only the water content/size of that thing changes regardless of the macros

How do you track calories of restaurant food?
You can't accurately track in most cases ( you can only guess). So best is to prepare your own food as much as possible
