@@flyingpudding i just got the same drone a few days ago and put an 03 unit on it , and it is a fast little ripper and I could definitely see myself flying in a 10m penthouse !! Nice video !! Just felt weird putting a 240 dollar camera system on a 100 dollar drone !!
Its the bobbing up n down that keeps from flying real estate. Need more stability in flight and Im not that good of a pilot. The small drone is perfect only if it had better stability.
Thanks for watching! The height variation exaggerates with the speed rams. I noticed the issue during editing too so I changed the throttle expo from 0.2 to 0.4. Avata is the go-to drone if you want absolute steadiness, just that it may only work for larger property without staging.
@@flyingpudding yeah the Avata seems to be the only option. I wonder if DJI can put avata stability into a smaller drone built for real estate and indoor filming.
Amazing video, just whatni wanted my Pavo pico to look like, but unfortunately im still a noob. Are you in Acro mode when flying indoors? I just couldn't fly it in Acro i dont know why, you think i can achieve it with angle mode?
Thanks for watching! Fyi I only fly Acro mode all the time and it is best for smoothness and agility. It would be difficult if not impossible to achieve with Angle mode unfortunately. Have you tried practising acro mode in simulators?
Signal was ok flying in and out of the unit on the same floor. It got worst when going upstairs to the roof top, perhaps there is too much concrete in between. Thank you for watching!
Thanks for watching and your comment! As it involved both indoor and outdoor in one continuous shot, I just left everything in auto and default except sharpening. I have it set to zero.
Awesome video! I have a Pavo20 but i find extremely hard to fly in indoors in acro mode like this. Maybe I'll try the rates you posted on the other video. Could it be a good idea ?
@@jackguido4532 Yes! It is totally doable with Pavo20 as well. You may want to use a 2s pack instead of 3s to make it easier for altitude control and weave around tight corners. Happy flying!
@@flyingpudding dang, I have a pavo pico and am trying to get better quality indoor, you use auto iso? And auto white balance? How do you get rid of the grain indoors
@@Cinematicdronez It isn't about the settings in O3 but lighting condition. The place has huge windows and patios, all the lights were on to make it as bright as possible.
This is nothing short then amazing!! Can you please share the Betaflight settings you used to tune your quad? I've got a Pavo Pico to shoot some real estate fly-through videos like this one, but the default tuning of the Pavo Pico is more free-style oriented... How did you get it to fly so slow and steady? I tried reaching out to BetaFlight technical support but got nothing so far... @BETAFPVHobby
@@flyingpudding hey how hard was it flying the pavo pico indoors? from the footage it looks like what's hardest is to keep it on a given height, btw did you try flying it on a smaller/tighter indoor? are these flights done in full manual? idk much about indoor flying but seeing the footage and being able to do it with an O3 is making me want to hop on board
Yes, I have flown in smaller space (e.g. my place). I would say it handles similar to my other cinewhoops. One thing to keep in mind is that the Pico is very light and it will drift upon the slightest airflow even indoor, and also the inertia is less because of the light mass so steady fingers are needed for smoothness and precision. The variation of altitude is more apparent in speed ramps, adding more throttle expo may help but unlikely to eliminate it entirely. Indoor flight is an entire different ball game and the risk of crashing into stuff (ruining the shots and even causing damages to objects) is a lot higher. It does take a lot of practice, know the quad well, light source handling, route planning, ...and more. When you say "manual" I assume you meant "Acro" mode, and the answer is yes.
That's a pretty impressive result for such a compact and light set up! Well done!

what glasses do you use with the pico?
Do you mean my goggles? I am using DJI Goggles 2 from the Avata package.
