Great video! I just replaced my old dirty lights on 2005 Tacoma. They look great. Be careful not to break clips. Use WD40 first so they slide out better. The bolt behind the bumper was a challenge but not impossible.
you can do that, but we usually do not recommend HIDs in aftermarket headlights as they are more prone to melt the projectors due to the extended bulbs of HIDs
These are exactly headlight I want😊because video shows me that 3 of the harnesses exactly 2009 tacoma I have model number headlight please thank you 🎉happy new year
Alight, yeah I will check. Thanks for answer. It may be that the airbag light is always there? Or there was a recall on this type of thing for certain tacomas.
In 0:51, there are two more clips at the bottom of the front grill. These are reachable(with some effort) from under the bumper. Seems they removed these clips prior to lifting the front grill. - Also - at 2:00 - there are actually two 10mm bolts, the upper one is the one to be removed(also, tight fit), not much room.
Not in my 2005. The grill was the easiest part to get out. Those bottom clips, you just got to pull up hard and the grill comes out. Replacing it, it was solid as a rock.
I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma just bought these when I was putting in my LED bulbs that I really liked in the housing for the projector I noticed there’s two other wires that are not connected but they go to a box at the moment I have them unconnected. I am very happy with the light, but don’t know where the loose wires are supposed to go. I’m assuming it’s to light up the inside of the housing is there anybody who could show me a picture of how they are supposed to be wired in thank you.
i changed the driverside headlight on my 2006 toyota tacoma and the lights work but the airbag light on the dash is on? I am not sure if i touched something on accident or not? Would appreciate an answer. Thanks!
I have these headlights and my bulb went out... I tried changing my bulb but is extremely difficult. Does anyone know how to or have a video to share on it ?
can u please make a video replacing the grill. i tried to change my grill after watching ur video. i tried the same way u did and it would not come off. 2008 tacoma, same body as the one u have. if u can make that video i would apreciate it. thank u!!!
Is it possible to change the 3 marker leds running down the inside of the headlight?, ive tried with 3 different sets of led bulbs, including no error canbus bulbs and still no light up, just wanting to know if i can change them or not
Make your install easier just remove the bumper. That inside back 10mm is a bitch to remove & put back on , you don't have to remove the fog lights. Just take off all the clips & screws & move the bumper a bit to access that inner 10mm in the back of the light.
well, those Anzo, CG, Spyder headlights are cheaply made. And don;t last long. The light is not bright too. Any aftermarket headlights that are not made in China or Taiwan? why wouldn't auto makers make custom headlights for sale?
Be careful this is not that easy. The video makes it seem like you could do this in minutes. That's BS. Look around at what you are about to do before you dive in and drown. Check out the location of all the thing you need to remove. Step back and make a decision. I did it once. On my 2006 Tacoma I bought the assemblies and had my mechanic install them. Didn't cost much and I didn't have the aggravation. Think about it.
Just replaced mine, 2005. Wasn't hard at all, took about 2 hours. Now, I must say, that one bolt in the wheel well can't be removed without a fight. I just broke that connection by ripping the light out ;). Works and it looks fantastic!
A body shop charged me $90 to replace both headlamps (I got OEM equivalent headlamps to replace the originals that were very cloudy). Too bad I didn't look into getting these projector headlamps. It was well worth $90 labor to have a professional do the work.

I'd recommend checking to make sure the lights are working properly BEFORE reattaching everything. But hey, that's just me.
I agree with you. Double check & triple check
Nah I like to live on the edge
and those lights are allowed to circulate? the police allows you to circulate with those lights?
Man thanks for making this look easy

No problem! Hopefully everything works out.

I bought a set of these and the low beam headlight is already burned out. how do I take the bulb out? is it a twist out or a pull out kinda bulb?
I have a toyota 4runner 05. Would this be the same process as you did with the Tacoma?
Yup, blue lights will get me pulled over by the cops! IS that only in my state or everywhere else?
The video does not show the reverse order liner step? It would be nice to know how you inserted the liner back in. Nice video.
Check and see if you blew a fuse or if you got some wires mixed up.
I will let R&D know about it and hopefully they will be able to make a video for it.
is it necessary to mess with bumper?

Do you know what size bulb the passenger low beam halo takes?
is it okay to replace the regular lights with HID lights? are the projectors able to handle them?
I replaced them with the projector light but it's not bright enough for me. It kinda sucks

Yes you would have to splice the wires
`do you have to splice wires to install the halos and leds?
Ok where can I buy the 3 little led bulbs well the hole set
How do you change the low beam on these?

Namana Aweau Led lights require the correct polarity. Positive and negative. Try flipping the bulb.
do you have these for a 2006 4runner sr5?
Me gusto como cuando cuestan esas luzes
How did u get the halos to work?
Apply 4:59 instruction @ 3:39 point of video.
Where I get this
Is anybody replace the low beam for a HID or LED BULBS yet??
You lost me at open the hood first.
You never showed how you spliced the halos to act as running lights.

That's exactly what I think about those lights, they look cool but they kinda suck

Le
Jesus...who the fuck was mixing this music.
Lights are complete shit. Burned through the housing in the front and melted the actual headlight plastic.

If you look up this company on Google, they have very negative customer feedback.
