It was a very bad idea to took this kind of tools. Problem is, you maybe break the pipe and Parts fall down to the valves and the Camshaft. Then you have to remove the valve caps, need special tools to hold the camshafts in place and this all takes a lot of hours. Better use an expanding tool and some 40-60 grid sandpaper around (to get the right grip between tool and the Spar Plug Pipes). For me it takes 4 Days because i have to remove the valve cap 3 times. Fist Time to get the parts out, second time because you cant install the Oil pump while the Valve cap is mounted and the last time, because i put one of the camshaft plugs to hard into the Hole and so it falls in (didn´t see that, because its between the front of the engine and the rear axle).

Hi! Great video! This is what Im gonna do with my 99 C2 in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the inspiration! And keep up the good work!
Thanks
Very thorough and informative.
Did you do this because oil was leaking on the top of the spark plug?
I did the tube replacements on my fathers Boxster for him and hated it. Lol
Great clear DIY. By the way the spacers used for the metal cover (shield) are Porsche genuine or aftermarket?
They were installed by the previous owner and they were aftermarket you will need them to use those those coil packs
I thought so. Thank you.
Just add a bit of Victor Reinz Sealant.
Thanks for the content Kevin. Really enjoying the series.
Thanks for watching. The next one might be ready later today or tomorrow.
