    Woah, nice! I've never had sticky rice, but it looks fantastic, especially how you were able to just mold a piece into a scoop, that is quite appealing.

    Sticky rice to Lao Cuisine is what the baguette is to French cuisine. Both these cuisines can be seen across multiple countries where they have left or brought their influence. Sticky rice is synonymous with Lao cuisine.

      Hmong purple sticky rice is delicious too. Thats their specialty.

    I was in charged with making rice for the entire family since 3rd grade. My father would scream and yell at me like a grown man if I drop 1 grain of rice.
    I’m a pro at not losing a grain of rice while washing it now.
