When I was in elementary school I met and became best friends with a Vietnamese girl and started going over to her house and was introduced to so much fantastic food! It really opened my eyes, mouth and stomach to how different culture’s food could bring people together regardless of your own background.
That's so cool ET Brenner! Producer Brittany here and I must say I totally agree on the fresh herb front. They make all the difference. I've started incorporating more into my own cooking and my taste buds are thanking me :)
