    Ask this guy if he has ever paid for anything in a restaurant . . . he walks in with a bag and asks for water and never shuts up .
    Probably senior special olympics for PWD'S

    In the dumaguete boardwalk I noticed a lot of expats drinking and smoking all night long than doing morning exercises routine... then complaining about poor hospital health care sevices. 😬

      😅😅😅If filipinos got ill due to drinking and smoking, they just prefer to leave this world peacefully rather than get admitted in hospital to suffer both physically, because of lacking facilities, and finacially. 😂

    If the international competition was not in Manila he would not go , cheapest guy i know he would never spring for a plane tickets
