Nice shave Aaron! Summer Storm is so very realistic in the petrichor realm of scents I've come in contact with. Nothing synthetic whatsoever about it. Sounds like wonderful trip y'all have planned. Great way to spend some time in the summer. Hot here with lots of humidity, but it's Oklahoma and it's expected! Thanks for sharing and have a good week!

I'm one of those people who cannot tell the difference between artisan soap bases once lathered. They are all slick and all leave skin nice and soft. I got 170 soaps (most samples) and the newer formula feels the same as the original, yet most swear that this or that is better. I buy them for the scents and not ingredients.

The lather density is not equally though. Some are heavy on the face, dense and very shiny. Some not so much. You have to overshave to understand the differences.

Are there any shops in the area that would be good to go look for what shave supplies? It really doesn’t seem like there’s anything particularly good that I can find.
