2 mm until I can fully close it on my right. It's a brutal gripper. I may need 3 months of practice on the 0.5, 1 and gods of grip #4 before I can close "comfortably" on each hand. That's insane by the way Gene. To truly appreciate these kind of videos you have to suffer.
You will make it no doubt. The suffering is just that when you train you average performance is significantly lower than the prime shape when you've rested and recovered to the max. I'm trying not to be maximalist on a regular basis and just being disciplined while prepping for the peak performance windows, some call it 'on a good day'. The Good Days were back 20 hours ago, I"m going back to the grind and prep for other stuff I"ve set for myself. Best of luck in your training.
@GenesGripChannel where do you live? I have to send you my coc n3 to rate it lol.. feels so hard, I still can't close it! I can do 12 reps with 2.5 now.
@smallgainz Moscow, send them to cannonpowerworks, I don't do ratings since I have a tight schedule. I'm around 8000 km away from my home at the moment.
It depends on the spread but the spread is not only the one criteria that play a big role at the end. How close the handles are glued to the spring plays a big role as well. It increases numbers big times and makes gripper significantly harder to close since the start and sweep become more brutal. Earlier gens of the Captains of Crush had handles glued pretty far away from the torsion spring. This one in the video more to OKish but there were some that were straight hardcore like a year ago. here is the photo of two #3s from 2013 and 2023 check how different they are glued: drive.google.com/file/d/1jujQGILuoJFZ0PaYq0aE3VgAXMTSbw_7/view?usp=sharing the one on the right is a completely different beast just brutal and around 2-3 kilos harder at the end of the handle.
An update for the photo with the exact numbers for the grippers on it: the spread of the gripper to the right (the newer one) is 71 mm and the resistance on my device is 65 kilos the one on the right has a spread of 73.3 mm and the resistance of 63.3 kilos. So the narrower gripper is harder since the handles are glued higher...
You make it look easy. Amazing close

Inane endurance! I'll bet the pump was crazy
Thanks! I was prepping for more than a month for this. There were a lot of fun sessions with the forearms and hands blown to the max. 🔥💪🔥
Made it look like a #0.5 😂
Great job 👊
Thanks. I was expecting less reps and was pleasantly surprised when all the training for volume at the background paid off.

Is rgc rating on COC is depend the spread between handle?
If that true i have COC 2 that has around 69.5 mm how much rgc is that
