These were not doting fathers, most of them were upfront about wanting the milk for themselves, surprisingly enough, I would say about 80% of them were bodybuilders. Five men to every one Mom approached me about the milk. Luckily, I did find a little girl in need who was having several surgeries and was allergic to lots and lots of things. I ended up donating my milk several times to her, and she’s doing well! Btw it’s been a while, about 7 years but I would say about 1/4 offered to suck it out fresh 🙃 most of them just wanted it ig as a protein shake replacement????? Well that’s what they were telling me anyways idk how true that is lol

Nursing Student here! At around 4:00, honestly breast milk can be good for all these things. Generally speaking as long as the woman doesn't have any diseases to pass through the milk, breast milk is technically one of the healthiest milks out there and can totally help the immune system. Breast milk is how most babies get immunity to several diseases as a newborn. As for clearer skin? I'm not sure I can speak on that, but it definitely sounds at least possible for improved immune system function to make clearer skin.

Nursing Student here! At around 4:00, honestly breast milk can be good for all these things. Generally speaking as long as the woman doesn't have any diseases to pass through the milk, breast milk is technically one of the healthiest milks out there and can totally help the immune system. Breast milk is how most babies get immunity to several diseases as a newborn. As for clearer skin? I'm not sure I can speak on that, but it definitely sounds at least possible for improved immune system function to make clearer skin.
