The whole song is 4/4. The syncopation is unusual but its complexity is what adds to the beauty and awesomeness of the song. Listen to it on repeat enough and you’ll hear it in 4/4.
I'm going to be annoying and say wELL aCtuALLy I'd group it differently XD - it has a very obvious feel of 3 to it so I think this organises the stresses better: 3/4 3/4 3/4 4/4 3/4 - ie there is a sneaky bar of 4 :)

to also be that guy.... i agree with this... definately has a stronger feel of 3 with a sneaky extra beat thrown in

If I remember correctly half step down, and the 8th string is down to Eb
