Enzymatic has been used for decades in the pro industry, pet products have been available for years and they are the most effective in my experience. So no surprise this works just as well. The difference is this removes odours, whereas many other's juts mask them temporarily.
Try the zep odor remover works pretty well!
Thank you for the video. I recently left a bag of ice in the cargo area of my SUV and the next morning, about half of it had melted, resulting in a musty odor. I revealed the underside of the carpet and seat back, put a box fan on it, and set a box of baking powder in there as well. The smell is still lingering a bit and wondered if this product would be a good fit, even though the smell is not from bodily fluids. If not, perhaps you can recommend a different, over the counter product?
Also one more question, if buying the gallon, what is the dilution? or use concentrated out fo the bottle?

I am sensitive to mold ( think thrift store ). Long story short I lent my car out and revived it back with this odor. Will this product do the trick? I have leather seats. Need to clean the carpet and ceiling. What would the process be to do this? Thanks in advance!!

With the last two used cars I got, the odor problem was chemical, not organic.
One car had this deodorizing "tree" and getting that smell completely out took months. Another car had something sprayed or smeared onto surfaces. I've gotten 75% of it out already, but not all.
What's the best way to remove stubborn chemical smells from the car quickly?
I have an ozone generator, and a car that experienced an "incontinence" problem. Should I use the ozone generator first, then apply the activate plus, so as not to kill the enzymes? I know a bit about the science, but I'm no expert.
So how do I get that into my vents and AC system? I just got my car out of wontercstoragexand it appears that mice have made a nest on the cabin air filter. I got the nest out, but need to get the lingering odor out of my car.

lol...weed and smoke can be difficult to remove...but for vomit,blood,body odor,urine,fecal(stool) it works great..but I'm sure for weed it will help as well...thanks for your comment and your support

I used to fill up a cup with white vinegar and leave it in the cup holder with the car in the sun with a slight crack in the window. I also wiped the entire interior with white vinegar. Than you just have to wait on nature to take over. Might want to try a Ozone Machine.
The steam over is great because enzymes are heat activated.

Yes, it does have an odor, like janitorial cleaning supplies. But most of that smell evaporates with the liquid. I cleaned some seat covers with it, and they now have no smell, whatsoever.

I know this is over 3 years old but were you able to figure out how to remove the fish smell? I just picked up a 2012 Sequoia and it smells fishy.

i find mine at a local janitorial supply store...check with your local janitorial house and I'm sure they will know the product or something similar that would help..i know intercon has a website as well

I used it on a Range Rover with vomit in the perforated leather seats and had no issues.

I've used that product before, and I figured it was okay. But it didn't do as good as job as Nature's Miracle pet stain remover, Nature's Miracle Works on the same basis of having live enzymes in it. I bought a jeep that a had into it, and died on the seat. It Reaked of death, so I got the Jeep for next to nothing . Nature's miracles removed that smell with one application. I think nature miracles pet stain remover has more enzymes in it that this stuff, and it does a lot better job. You might want to try it

The same happened to me! I brought a year old car from guess who, Toyota! The oder started about a month later as well and it smells like urine, (pee) . That's why I'm here. No one drives my car but me. Alright I'm gonna goggle this now. BTW, the air filter is easy to change in my car.
