Lockdown Umu

Samoa goes into lockdown, time for the family to bond over making the "UMU", a Samoan way of cooking. It includes heating rocks and then cook food using that heat. We were also making "FAIAI ELEGI", tinned fish in coconut cream, cooked in coconut shell as it adds an extra aroma.
