Great video Robb! One of your best! You left out one thing though.....Fishing Gear!. It provides you with needed sustenance, and is also one of the most relaxing and enjoyable things you can spend your time on.
Hi Robb! I agree, we tend to ignore ourselves sometimes for others or needs that seem to come first. I hope you have a very blessed night and Happy Thanksgiving!
Our library is very small but has all of the newest features of a large one because it is one of 40 remote branches of a huge main library in the city. There are also magazines/newspapers you can read online at home, take your own laptop and use their signal also (did that when I had dial up only and there was high speed there), also learn languages, watch movies, music, take classes online, and so much you can do from home from their webpage. Every once in a while I actually go in to get a DVD or one of those things you hold in your hands and have to actually turn the pages (made of paper, I think). Snort, smirk... Oh yeah, they are called books.
Hey captain Oscar I agree they're pretty cool. I keep trying to think of what else I can use it for besides my teeth. Hey when I go to my sisters on Thanksgiving I will be picking up that patio rug I told you about ages ago. I haven't forgot about it. So don't go and buy one.
Hey Glenn glad you enjoyed it I had a lot of fun making it too. I bought so many forever stamps from those people on eBay I won't have to buy any more stamps for the rest of my life.
@@RobbsHomemadeLife Thanks I get along fine with ex-wife and her family. Kids are grown, but we are fine. It’s my side of the family. Go figure. Unfortunate with parents in their 80s,not getting any younger. And well my sister is more than I care to type about at the moment. Anyway, have a great Thanksgiving and I’ll be waiting for next bike video. Glenn
This is much better than making out a depressing 'Bucket List'! I usually indulge myself with shopping when I am away from home for a medical check-up and in the big city. I can check/see things and get stuff then. Was going to buy myself a new camera since I only had the one my son bought me about 20 years ago (point and shoot Sony) that did everything I wanted. It stopped working and even with my puttering it wouldn't work. Narrowed it down to the contacts on the batteries were not touching enough to extend the lens out. Still could not find something to replace it and I missed it. Well darned if I didn't fix it myself to take close-ups of the new orchids I bought, so now Santa will not be dropping off anything at my place this year. Oh well, I pretty much have everything I want already (at my age), so now it is basically replacing something that I've had for 20 years that I can't fix. I am happy though without buying myself something since a lot of simple things in my life make me happy. I'd really like that #14 since I can never have enough plants indoors. I have to water them today though and that is always a big task, but they also need a good pep talk so we all stay happy. That way I am not talking to myself, because that would be crazy.
@@RobbsHomemadeLife I have ordered from eBay twice only and both things I got were duds! I had a favorite laptop computer that was very advanced with the standard features it had and it developed a big issue with a video component that scrambled the screen. Found another and it worked about a week or two after I got it to have the identical issue. The second was a Canon printer I also already had that printed the poster size sheets and I loved it. Yes, I saw your video on cleaning the heads. Somehow the print head must have messed up so ordered the identical printer from eBay to also find the same problem happen after a few weeks. It was not worth my time to contest these faulty machines and for all I know they might have actually worked when sent out. Not going for #3 broken down item that doesn't work because I am unlucky. Same thing with a husband. Once for 12 years was enough for me to not want to risk getting another one.
I understand your point but most of my electronics that I bought on eBay were cameras and I never bought printers or used computers. I had good luck buying refurbished cameras from the manufacturer on their website and from people selling cameras that had a good refund policy with a high rating on their positive feedbacks and even then a couple times I got screwed but the seller made it good. Printers can be awful. Worse than computers.
Que buena idea Robb.... Ne voy a regalar algo a mi misma y voy a tener un mejor jardin , me encantó tu canal y me suscribí. Me caes bien, Dios te bendiga!💐🌱🍃🌳me encantaría tener un roble.🌳bye
Darn it David that completely slipped my mind. I will definitely put it on the list for the next one. David I haven't seen any of your videos in a long time. Hope you come across something video worthy real soon. Thanks again and hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving too. See you later captain
You know for a long time gig master had hardly any views on his metal detecting channel even though he was finding pieces of eight. Also the amount of subscribers isn't that important I have almost 75,000 subscribers and only about a couple 100 people that watch regularly when you have a variety channel people don't stick around if something new pops up they don't like to watch but at least I don't get bored
I shouldn't tell you this, but back in the days of drive in movies, double jointed friends got in for free if they didn't mind entering in a trucks toolbox.

Dean thanks a lot I appreciate the nice comment I will have to add fishing gear next year.
The intro was really hilarious. Imagine becoming a star and starting off like this, the audience might died laughing! Happy Thanksgiving!
I was debating if I should take out the mistakes in the beginning but I'm glad I left them in thanks again.

Thank you! You too!
Hi Robb! You rock
Hey thanks a lot I appreciate that
This is brilliant. I like how your mind works. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks island gal, I was very surprised at the amount of new books available to be downloaded online.
Some libraries even have "maker rooms" where you can 3D print items you have files for.
That would be pretty cool.
I have a water pick. It works great! I was a little hesitant at first, but now I can't go a day without using it. Captain! 😅

Hey island gal I'm glad you were able to fix your camera it gives me more satisfaction fixing something than buying something .
@@RobbsHomemadeLife Especially if it works well and the new ones cost a lot.
I have had very good luck with getting old cameras on eBay at very low prices. I get almost all my cameras refurbished or on eBay.

I will try to make a video soon, I kind of lost interest in making them ...80 some subscribers🤣

I would truly be bored if I didn't have detecting.. probably should not have retired
