  • Welcome back to our ZBrush modeling series, where in part 30, we're taking a deep dive into modeling more of the engine parts...
    We begin by selecting a polycube, utilizing the Gizmo tool for scaling and positioning, and employing techniques such as extrusion, DynaMesh, and the move infinite depth brush for form shaping. We'll explore the utility of Ryan's tools plugin for extrusion with morph sliders for thickness adjustments, and the ZModeler brush for creasing modifications.

    Love these kind of hard surface forms!!!! super amazing... I am patiently waiting for your tutorial on how you would convert these meshes to low poly for baking

      Thank you! I'm really happy to hear you're enjoying the videos. 😃 In the final video of this series, I'll be demonstrating a couple of retopology techniques. The resulting topology will be more suited for film, but you can always take it a step further to optimize it for a game-ready asset.
