    I just got ZBrush for iPad and I love it! I come from Nomad Sculpt but I must say I love ZBrush’s intuitive interface and advanced features. I think I will use both Nomad and ZBrush in my projects. By the way, your tutorial was very helpful to get me started 👍

    Amazing that it doesn’t crash and close for you like it does for me on a brand new iPad Pro.

    Hi Pablo, great video series. Love the way you’ve organised your quick menus. Any chance you can post some images so we can replicate for ourselves. Cheers.

    •  Месяц назад

      cheers! sure I'll share some images. to be honest is very similar to what I have in my custom UI in the PC version so you can use this video as reference for the features I put in the custom palette: ruclips.net/video/OukTiRjeyTw/видео.html

      Watched your desktop Custom UI but a lot of detail so mapping to iPad would be tough. So I went through the iPad custom UI part at 0.25x speed. Could figure out the UI from there and replicate in the iPad. Thanks again. Nice and simple. Cheers

    thanks for the video really helpful how do we install custom brushes you have created that i've purchase from you?

    •  Месяц назад

      just import them into the ipad in a folder and then click on the import > brushes from the ZBrush app and select them (you might have to do one by one)

    I want to bring a character from ZBrush to Unity for animation. Can you provide guidance on how to reduce polycount and import into Unity. I've heard that Zremesher would help and some work would be needed on Retopology. But, Im not sure how it all works.

    I was going to say you need to get your synergy rolling with the new Alien movie and bust out those brushes here and then you wiped out the Giger lol. I would love to see how you are using reference while on the pad. Lack of spotlight and saved camera spots is driving me a little nuts.

    Nice video, thank you! I just wanted to ask, since no one is responding to this issue on zbrush discord, did try using transpose master? Every time I go to tpose mesh and then want to go back to sub t it doesn't work.. I just the error saying ''zscript note: Interface item could not be found''. I'm not the only one with the same problem. Seems to work just fine with the demo soldier though, weird..

      edit: they said to first open the default sphere then import my ztool from there and it works fine 😅

    Hi is it possible to show a performance difference breakdown between zbrush on the latest ipad mini, ipad air, the entry level ipad pro, and the maxed out ipad pro?
    I'm curious as to if there is any real difference especially with an ipad pro with 8gb ram and 16gb ram

    •  Месяц назад

      I would if I had all those devices to test it haha

      @JewishImpactFilmz Месяц назад +1

      The GOZ file type. You just airdrop it to yourself or send it to your PC (all sorts of ways to do that)

    • @sixstringslayaguitarman419
      @sixstringslayaguitarman419 Месяц назад

      @@JewishImpactFilmz Great to hear. I watched another video where it was said the GoZ transfer will only work for the latest edition of Zbrush. I could airdrop to my mac then transfer to my PC with Zbrush.

    I can't understand this hype. For years, there has been Nomad, which works better than this one. I don't know if it's all just marketing or simply because it's ZBrush, but according to many sculpting enthusiasts, Nomad is the better choice

    • @gideonaggrey27
      @gideonaggrey27 Месяц назад +7

      I think it's very appealing to people who already use zbrush, familiarity with a software is always great. Plus look on the bright side, Nomad has some competition now. That's always good.

    • @sahilbert
      @sahilbert Месяц назад +5

      I think you're right that it's partially marketing, BUT, as a zbrush user and a Nomad user I will say that it's really nice to just know where everything is and how the program works. When you use one program all day for work, and then at night while relaxing you have to use a different program to do that same job, it isn't as easy, and that is what I want when relaxing.

    • @levraichris3321
      @levraichris3321 Месяц назад +12

      you said it, nomad is for sculpting enthusiasts. If you're a pro and money is not a factor, I can tell you Zbrush is the better choice

      The interface on nomad just sucks honestly. Feels outdated for 2024 so it’s also unappealing for a lot of people.

      I learned everything in Nomad and I’m also using Z brush however I do find Nomad easier to do things. All you need to do is watch some tutorials and Zbrush starts to make sense
