While painting sometimes now, I find myself saying …wiggle wiggle
I say tap, tap, tap 😂
😂
Love the painting!! I am 82 & a very beginner at Watercolor. I hope to gain a better hold on these paints. They have a mind of their own you know? Many years ago i did charcoal, oils, & acrylic
Haven't painted in years but.... Never tried watercolor so i figured i would give it a go. I absolutely love your tutorials & have done a few. Not as good as yours but i NEED to do practice! And i will!!! Gotta get past the perfectionist attitude & your videos are very helpful in that department!!😊 Thank you Ellen!
Thank you teacher Ellen, I appreciate your instructions on brush techniques: Tap in, Twist brush or dry brush wiggle. these added descriptions helps me so much.
I've just had a try at this autumn scene, and I'm well chuffed with how it turned out. No overworking either. Thanks
Beautiful! I love fall paintings.
Gorgeous!
Thank you 😊
Thank you for this abstract tutorial. You keep saying they are supposed to be meditative and fun. I have not been able to be relaxed yet but I keep trying.

You're welcome!
Wow. As a longtime beginner, l learned so much today. I have been painting fall trees and now learning more watching you. Beautiful and exciting.
ooh, I added metallic gold highlights and splatter at the end too!
Yay 😀
Very nice thank you!
Thank you too!
Fantastic!!
There is a silhouette of a bear emerging from your woods. He started out looking like a wolf, but the ears got covered and at the end...bear ;) Thanks for another calming video. Even if I don't get to painting it, watching helped sooth me in troubling times :)
Thanks for this autumnal tutorial - I am definitely in the mood for fall colors!
You are so welcome!
Looks really pretty, love the autumn leaves, just starting to happen here now so pretty when they change 🥰
Yes they do
This sure looks like fun! Stress free.
Yes!
Thank you for this tutorial, Ellen! Landscape tree leaves are so intimidating but I like your “tippy-tappy” approach! Will try on the birch trees near my house! 😊
Ellen, these tutorials you have been uploading for us have been amazing! Thank you!
This is so cool! I'm going to try this tomorrow. I just finished a painting from your Mini Monday Madness video from four years ago. That was fun. New subscriber here. Thank you.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Do you have any tutorials that show how to frame your art works??
Not yet!
Great work Ellen! I have done my Monet-inspired watercolour. I have a Starry Night going. Forgot to bleed before. Thanks again for the inspirations!
Have fun!
Thank you ellen a great painting that I will be trying out soon x
Wonderful!
Absolutely love this…you make it seem so easy
It is!
Hi Ellen, a new subscriber & Patreon member. Love your tutorials. Could you do a segment on watercolors, specifically why you prefer Holbein, compared to Daniel Smith, Etc….which paints do what, etc.? Thanks! I’m a big fan!
I use Holbein because I like their colors most artists pick paints over personal preference that’s it.
I absolutely love this painting!😊
Thank you! Cheers!
I love your videos! Beautiful Thank you Ellen 😊
You are so welcome!

hey elline crimi 👋, ben türkiyede yaşıyorum ve seni microskoft 'un kişisel asistanından buldum . bing uygulamasından , çok guzel resim çiziyorsun , seninle birlikte bemde başlayacağım resme ❤
I guess I'm too precious with my paints cuz I hate seeing most of the pigments go in the water dish or towel
☺️
Ellen call you tell us where you got that china palette? You did once but I lost it. Thank you!
It was Sylvan Clayworks!! I really like it too!!
I love your composition in you paintings, can you teach us some tips?how do you build the scenes?😘 thanks
I believe I have videos on this
I just got Procreate and I want to try reproducing this digitally.
Why do you think it's so easy to paint the tutorials you make for beginners? I must be having issues.
