David Shimamura and Nick Mizumoto aren't artist, and everyone should banned whatever art and shows they have. A real artist would have asked the owner if it would be alright to paint. Worst type of artist if it isn't yours or didn't asked for permission than just leave it alone.

I can’t believe those vandals just stood their and smiled despite being caught in the act. Once again, they know nothing will happen except a slap on the wrist. I feel for the restaurant owner who is just trying to make a living here. Unfortunately, vandalism isn’t really seen as a big deal in this city so if there are no consequences, it will just continue. Very sad.

The dining restrictions have been lifted for like three years now and people still have the restaurant in the fucking street no it’s time to move on that’s public property and should be accessible to everybody. Why are private property owners allowed to profit off of public property? That’s our property , not just theirs. They’re so fucking entitled it makes me sick.

Flowers Cafe is wonderful. They have the kindest staff, not to mention efficient service with good prices and good quality food. These faux artists should fix the shed and apologize, or I guess get charged with vandalism. Anyway, I love the spicy tuna sandwich with iced latte at Flowers Cafe! Such a great quick lunch! Great outside seating, because that portion of Essex is pretty quiet, even with the ugliest graffiti NYC has to offer. Vandals could have at least used color and drawn something interesting, but that requires actual work and talent

well the shed shouldn't be there at the first place, since when the outside dinning shed is legal? you have a restaurant, you suppose to have your own space for your customers not using outside public street, it took up the parking space that suppose for cars.
