- On this day I head into the deep blue sea and what was meant to be a day out chasing tuna turned into an epic day bottom fishing in 120 meters of water catching Kingfish and all sorts.
Good method of practice releasing what you're not aware of.. definitely worth a try if you catch another. Another solid vid!

Alot of kingis are 1m plus to keep. They are killers on the water my son
when you hook a fish slow the boat right down to a crawl and bring your other lines in befor fighting the fish lot less drama

Thank you! Yes I always use leader it was only 45lb to braided line. The leader I like to use is Schneider but I don’t think you can get it here in NZ
