I placed my shoulders too far ahead of my wrists. Now when i do it behind, my shoulders are OPENED and it feels like a FEATHER to jump and keep balance, ITS SO EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah dude. I am able to do 30 sec freestanding handstands and I still struggle with it a lot
Totaly uneccessary to worry about a posterior pelvic tilt when you’re first learning to handstand, nothing wrong or dangerous about coming into a back bend have a look at gymnasts and many others. Whatever helps you get up, explore that and then down the line you can learn how to find a straight aligned handstand if you wish

Thank you for this video, not many people make video on the kick up itself but for some people like myself it's the hardest part, I can hold the handstand if somebody elevates me into it but I just have some mind block with the Back To Wall Handstand and Kicking up itself, I just can't kick myself up, hopefully with your tutorial I'll make it soon

@@angelpeep4888 I'm still working on it by simply just keep kicking up as much as I can and to overcome it when I hit the wall but I haven't hit the wall yet so I'm planning to try that somebody will elevate me to the wall and I will get comfortable in the position and that way the mind block could disappear. I will be also putting out a video about my whole handstand journey so you can stay tuned to that! It's actually great to see that I'm not the only one with this mind block problem, because there is literally no video out there on how to help with this problem
@@CalistFitness damn bro, sorry to hear you havent got it yet, I've been working on chest to wall handstands for a few months and now started training kick ups, but I also have the mind block, and even tho I know the wall will catch me, when I feel that my feet are above or in front of my wrists and shoulders I freak out :(
@@angelpeep4888 yeah I have the same, my chest to wall is actually great, I just need to get the kick uo and then I will get the freestanding hs in no time
I've been struggling to balance once I get to the handstand position and I couldn't figure out why. After watching this I just kept getting light bulb moments. Definitely gonna try all your tips when I train again.

I would suggest you to try which side your comfertable cartwheel is. when you fall over you should put that hand in front and do a cartwheel. If you cant do a cartwheel, i don t know if it is a good way. So pls tell me.
