I just started building my 2001 CRV, I just put in led lights and a 2” HRG kit, next I am looking at 215/75/15 tires with 15x8 wheels. Eventually I am looking at doing a turbo kit
To me that looks so good! Good job. I love the first Gen CR-Vs. I’m on my second. Mine is a 2000 red 5spd manual, I’d love to do the same thing to mine so thanks for all the details. Sucks that they all rust at the rear wheel wells. I need to fix that before I can tackle extra projects on it. Again good job!
Thanks for sharing. Almost finished installing the 4in lift from HRG with a 2000 Honda CRV too. Ran into some broken bolts on the rear subframe and passenger side torque mounts. Thinking about doing a bit a of body work and going with 33in tires. Do you know how big you can go without having to do any alterations?
I did not calculate it at the time so I couldn't give you an accurate answer but I can tell you on a full tank it really didn't make too much of a difference compared to my lowered one or my lifted one it wasn't that drastic
Hi I have my crv 2000 I lifted the front side and my axle broke I change but a new one but the axle broke again I don’t know what I need to do I just think to take out the lift because I don’t know can you help me please I been trying too many things but you have one with more big spacer and is working good so what I need to do 😞😞
No problem at all the only thing the automatic had a little trouble with with the bigger tires and everything was going up very very steep hills it would slow it down a little bit but as long as your motor is good plus I had a few mods and everything was in tip top shape it ran very well and could handle it
Not sure what you're asking if you're asking for just basic maintenance with changing belts out you would want to talk to your local Honda dealership or a shop
Nice job!! But, I'm just wondering what kind of MPG you're getting? The reason that I ask is that I'm considering going this route, but am only considering it because of the MPG that my FJ Cruiser is getting, which is about 16 around town, and maybe 18-19 mixed driving. I love it's offroad capability, but the gas mileage is getting me down right now. However, if a built CR-V down grades the MPG much, then there may not be much point in switching.
I honestly don't even remember but it wasn't much worse then my lowered one to be honest I think if I remember I'd still get 250 miles to a full tank if I drove it really calm and easy I could get 300 310 to a tank.
Nice video bro do I really need to dropped donw w 1. 1/2 inches I just buy a 3 inches specers in ebay for 80$ 3'' Front & Rear Leveling Spacers Lift Kit for Honda CRV CR-V 1997-2001
@@crv_tom yea but it looks it cant go up steep hill with bigger tires with stock engine, or have you done any mods to engine or transmission, it looks like your has more power than other crvs, i also have 1998 crv 5 speed manual, 4wd,ex trim, stock

Nice, I have a 2000 and a 97. The 97 was totaled 1 month ago. I got 2 picnic tables, took the 1 out of the 97 before the insurance totaled it out.

I have seen people fit 33s but definitely evolves a lot of cutting and banging parts of the frame but it is doable with the 4-in lift.
Doin rugged tough performance of your crv, do you reccomend installing RIGID COLLAR?
Whats the name of radiator hose kit? Are you saying g plus? What site you order from?
G-PLUS of EBay .
when you had it dyno'd, was it tuned for the intake/ exhaust? Great build btw.
No tune on either of my CRVs just stock ecu for now on both of them.
How much bigger are your tires than stock? How much did the new tires impact your mpg? Also has the suspension lift impacted your mpg?

You need a HRG Sud Fram drop.
How’s the power for traveling semi-long distances on the interstate?

Sweet looking CR-Vicious. How much lift do the old man emu sprigs add?
I can't remember exactly I would say look at their website but I believe it's an inch in the front an inch and a 1/2 in the rear.
would honda do replacement on the belts for foreign countrys?
Not sure what you're asking if you're asking for just basic maintenance with changing belts out you would want to talk to your local Honda dealership or a shop
Where did you buy the quick disconnect for the rear sway bar?
Aerogenics makes them. 👍🏻👍🏻
What are the wheels and tire specs?
Take a look in my videos I have a whole video dedicated to that.

How much did all your upgrades cost looking to do a crv project myself.
Way to much lol
What snorkel are you using?

everything is great...except automatic transmission
Well my other ones manual and I can tell you the auto is not too bad of a setup for off road.

Where did you get your UEL header? I can’t find one anywhere
1320performance.com I believe they discontinued them. You may be able to call them and see if they'll still custom make them.
